A few days later, you wonder what happened with Natalie, she didn't text you or mention anything about the date with her and Chanyeol.

'She usually tells me everything about boys and stuff..' you worry. 

So you text her.

"Hey Natalie, whatever happened at the date?" you say.

You put your phone in your pocket to grab something to eat.

"Do we have any leftover cake anymore? I want something sweet" you ask D.O, who's watching TV on the couch.

"You can check, you probably ate it all already" says D.O

You check the fridge to see there was ONE last piece of cake.

"Theres one left, want to share?" you say, sitting next to him.

"Sure, I really like it." he says.

Theres a knock on the door, and you get it.

Its your mom.

"Mom!" you run up and hug her.

"Sweetie, I missed you!" "Hi, ______'s boyfriend".

"Hello, nice to see you." D.O shakes her hand.

"Very polite" she says.

"Well the reason I came here was to see my girl, and to give you your birthday present, sorry I couldn't make it to the party."

"Its fine, Thank you." he replies, and takes the bag.

"Well bye sweetie, I love you." she says.

"Where are you going?" you ask

"Home, I have to take care of the house, you two lovebirds stay out of trouble okay?" she says

"Okay" you both say.

And Mom walks back home.

"Your mom is really nice" D.O says.

"Yeah, she doesn't deserve what happens to her." you say.

What you didn't know, was she didn't have her date yet, she's having it tonight.

Natalie POV:

Natalie stepped out of her house, being aware that she told her mom that she was going out with you, she made sure to meet Chanyeol at the entrance of the school so she wouldn't see her.

"Hey Chanyeol, How are you?" she said

'I'm good, you look nice" he replied.

"Thank you!" 

"Get in, I have a surprise." he says

"Okay" 

Chanyeol drives into...your driveway..then he honks the car horn.

End of Natalie POV

Back at the house you had a nice dress on and D.O had a vest and some dress pants.

"Why are we so dressed up exactly?" you ask.

"You'll see" D.O says

When you hear the car horn, you jump a bit.

"Lets go" D.O says grabbing your hand.

You see Chanyeol in the car...and in the passengers seat, is Natalie.

You both are confused.

"Whats happening?" you ask

"We're are going on a double date" Chanyeol says as you and D.O take a seat in the back of the car.

'This is going to be very awkward' you say.

You all head to a fancy resturant and surprisingly Chanyeol made a reservation, and you guys had your own space in the resturant.

You all order, and wait for your food, in total silence.

"Um, well this is a nice place" you say,

"Yeah, its full in here, good thing you made a reservation," says D.O

After getting your food, eating, and talking a bit. Its FINALLY time to go

It felt like forever, and it was only an hour, it felt worse than study hall to you.

You get in the car and Chanyeol drops You and D.O off at your house.

Natalie POV:

Natalie looks down at her phone to see your text from the morning. 'Oops, haha.' she says to herself.

"Hey, Natalie, I want to do this again, but without those crazy kids, will you..be my girlfriend?" he asks

"Yes, of course!" she says, reliefed because that date was, to be honest, terrible.

"Okay, I'll text you later, bye." he says dropping her off.

"Bye" she says
