After two months the merger with Gerald's company was complete. Everyone was happy because Gerald was kind to the employees. Many has a crush on him. Everyone was getting along. Kim tried her best to avoid Gerald because she doesn't like any complications but their work makes it impossible. One day, everyone was called in the office for a meeting. 

At the conference room.

Rachel: Good Morning everyone! I know the meeting is short notice but we have a very important agenda to discuss. Yesterday, I received a very important call from the Ayala group of Company. 

Ge: Why? What did they say?

Rachel: Well, they called to inform us that we will be designing their next Mall. 

Everyone clapped.

Rachel: So we're here to decide who's gonna be the project managers. Any suggestions?

Jerry: Why don't you head it?

Rachel: (smiled) I can't. I'm not really good at that anymore. I'm more of managing the company now. 

Jerry: How about Sir Gerald?

Ge: Me? 

Rachel: Yes, why not? Gerald? Are you up for it? I know you can do a good job.

Ge: Sure, I'll do my best.

Rachel: So we have Gerald, who's the other one?

Mel: (Thought of something) How about Kim?

Kim: (Shocked) Ako?? Nako! Wag na.

Jerry: Why not?

Kim: MAsyado malaking project toh. 

Matt: Malalaking projects din naman hawak mo nun and kasama mo naman si Gerald eh. (smiled)

Rachel: Oo nga Kim. Why don't you do it? Mas magiging madali toh kasi magkaibigan na kayo ni Gerald noon pa.

Kim: Si Matt na lang kaya. 

Rachel: Ganito na lang. Lets vote it out. Who votes for Kim (everyone raised their hands) Then its settled si Kim na ang partner ni Gerald.

Everyone clapped.

Rachel: Another thing, Kim and Gerald meron kayong meeting with the ayala group sa resort sa Batangas. I think its tomorrow.

Kim: Bukas na kagad?

Rachel: Oo eh. Gusto kasi nila kagad mapagusapan about their plans.

Ge: Sure, What time should we leave?

Rachel: The meeting starts at 8 and one week kayong nandun.

Ge: a week? Ang haba naman.

Rachel: Yun ang sabi nila eh. Sabay na lang kayo pumunta dun, kayo na bahala magusap. Thank you everyone, meeting is done. 

Everyone was now back at their office.

In Gerald's office....

Gerald: (thinking) A week with Kim. Paano gagawin ko? Nakakainis! Pahirap naman ito, iniiwasan mo nga yung tao tapos ganito pa mangyayari.

Then Matt went in.

Matt: HOy! 

Ge: Ikaw! Pahamak ka!

Matt: Ako? Bakit?

Ge: Painosente ka pa dyan! 

Matt; Anong masama kung kayong dalaawa maging magkatrabaho? (smiled)

Ge: Talagang pinapahirapan mo ko noh?

Matt: Kaya mo yun!

Ge: Magback out na lang kaya ako? Mukhang ayaw din naman ni Kim na maging magkatrabaho kami eh.

Matt: Hindi yun! Ninerbyos lang yun kasi malaking project toh.

Ge: Sige, dyan ka muna.

Matt: Saan ka pupunta?

Ge: Kay Kim para pagusapan na tong project. 

Matt: Asus! If I know gusto mo lang siya makita.

Ge: (smiled) Sige na.

Matt: Good luck!

Gerald went to Kim's office very nervous. 

Ge: Kaya mo toh! Hooh! Go! (can't knock) (Closed his eyes) Kaya mo yan! Kakatok ka lang. Hooh! Go! Gerald kumatok ka na! Para ka ng tanga. Pagmulat mo katok ka na ha? Walang niyerbos, be confident!

What Gerald didn't know is that Kim already openedher door because she heard someone talking outside her door so she heard everything that Gerald said. 

Ge: (opened his eyes and was shocked) A-aahh, K-kanina ka pa?

Kim: hindi naman (trying her best not to smile) May kailangan ka?

Ge: Ahh, tanung ko lang sana kung anong oras mo gusto umalis bukas? Mga 6?

Kim: sure sige. 

Ge: Sige 6 am, sunduin na lang kita. Saan ka na ba nakatira?

Kim: Ahm, bigay mo na lang number mo sakin then itext kita para sa address ng condo ko.

Ge: Ocge, (gave her his calling card) Text mo na lang ako, Aahh, sige. yun lang.

Kim: Okay, sure ka bang okay ka lang?

Ge: o-oo okay lang. Thanks, Text mo na lang ako.

Kim: Okay, Thank you. (smiled) 

Ge: Sige, See you (shyly smiled) (then walked away) Bobo mo talaga! (Slapped his forehead) Tanga! Nakakainis! (went back to his office)

Kim: (closed the door and leaned on it) (grinned) Si Gerald talaga. (sigh) 

Gerald tried his best to avoid Kim. He was embarrased because of what happened that morning. He was so ashamed but atleast the awkward feeling between them was broken down. They both felt that somehow the wall between them was slowly breaking down, they were feeling a bit comfortable with each other..
