“Oh, shoot,” Dara hissed as she sat down at the end of the bus, panting heavily as she recalled how she had almost missed it. “I am so not going to sleep late anymore.”

But she knew better. It would always repeat over and over everyday.

It was a long way to school and Dara preferred enjoying the scenery outside as the bus moved. Sudden whispers were heard on the next stop, and she didn’t really pay attention to it…

Until she realized someone sat next to her.

It was him. She had always had a crush on that one person—the most popular guy in school.

Kwon Jiyong.

She was having a spazz attack but she didn’t want him to notice it, as it would lead to an unexpected embarrassment later. Covering , she let her eyes glance at him a little bit.

He was looking calm and handsome as always.

Dara took out her phone and began tapping her screen, sending something to her friend.

 “Oh my gosh, did I save someone in my previous life?”

“Help me….. I’m sitting next to Jiyong.”

“I CAN’T BREATHE. GOODBYE, IT WAS NICE KNOWING YOU”

She wasn’t like the other girls who literally threw themselves to that hottie next to her. She would rather stay away from him because only God knew how bad she blushes whenever she sees or hear him speak.

“Hey,” she heard someone speak.

Turning to her side, her eyes with Jiyong’s met. He pursed his lips and flashed her a tiny smile.

“Are you okay?” He asked.

Why? What happened to me? “Uh?” That was all she managed to say.

“I think you’ve stopped breathing for quite some time,” he said, sounding concerned.

Dara felt blood rush to her cheeks hearing that. She cursed herself for
