The next morning you woke up with the feeling of someone watching you. You opened your eyes and did a small stretch. You looked over and Seunghyun was staring at you. You smiled and turned your body to face his.

“Good morning.” He kissed your nose.

“Good morning.” You said.

“Last night was amazing.” He grinned, “And you’re amazing.”

“Of course I am.” You giggled.

Seunghyun chuckled. He had a playful look in his eyes and you wondered what he was thinking. A second later he threw the covers over the two of you. He started to tickle you making you burst out in laughter.

You repeatedly told him to stop while laughing at the same time. You finally grabbed a hold of his wrist and straddled him.

“You’re horrible.” You laughed.

“Eh, I’m not so bad.” He chuckled.

You started at him, loving to see him smile. You felt a tug in your chest and smiled realizing you really liked the guy. You kissed him and he immediately kissed you back.

You stopped right away knowing if you continued you wouldn’t be getting out of bed today.

“Hungry?” he asked suddenly.

“Starving.” You answered.

“Good because we’re meeting everyone for breakfast in an hour.”

“Okay, I’d better shower.” You got off him and stood up.

“I need to take one too.” He frowned.

You laughed and patted his head.

“You go first then.”

“I’d rather you join me.” He winked.

You giggled when he grabbed your hand and walked to the bathroom.

An hour later the two of you made your way down to the lobby. Seungri and Taeyang were waiting. They both looked at you holding hands.

“Called it.” Seungri grinned.

You looked at him shockingly.

“Called what? If I can ask?” You looked at him.

He shrank a bit and Taeyang laughed a little.

“That you two would get together.” He said embarrassed.

“Hmm,” you nodded and looked up at Seunghyun.

He shrugged his shoulders as if he didn’t know anything about the little bet.

“So how much did you bet?” you asked.

“Not much.” Seungri answered, “Ah here’s everyone else.”

You smirked feeling a bit victorious in making him embarrassed as well. You turned around and Aeri was walking in front of Jiyong.

She didn’t look too happy.

When she noticed you she finally smiled. But it was quickly replaced with a slight frown when she saw you and Seunghyun holding hands. Jiyong noticed too and patted Seugnhyun lightly on the back.

“How was your night?” you whispered to Aeri.

“Talk about it later.” She nodded.

You wanted to ask more but everyone had started walking over to the hotel’s restaurant.

For the most part, breakfast was rather quiet. Everyone was busy thinking of the concert and you were worried about your cousin. Usually she would be bright and talkative in groups but this time she was quiet.

When everyone finished, the guys had to leave for the venue. Aeri gave a quick hug to Jiyong then left to her room.

Well that wasn’t good you thought.

Seunghyun got your attention quickly after and gave you a kiss on your cheek before leaving.

“There are tickets for you two at the front desk, under your name.” he whispered just before leaving.

They were being rushed to leave and all you could do was smile and nod at him as he left. When they were gone you rushed up to see Aeri.

You knocked on her door. She opened it slowly until she realized it was you.

“They leave?” she asked.

You nodded.

“Good.” She turned around.

You followed her inside and into the bedroom. She was packing.

“Why are you packing?” you asked.

“I think you know why.” She huffed.

“No, I don’t.” you said stopping her, “What happened?”

She didn’t say anything for a while and just continued to pack.

“I got scared.” She sniffed.

“Scared…?”

“It’s all happening to fast.” She spoke quietly, “I got in over my head.”

“I think you should talk with him more. He’s probably stressed because of the concert.” You told her.

“Why? So you can date TOP?” she asked.

You didn’t answer.

“It’s never going to work Jaeni. He’s him and you’re you.” She continued.

“But that doesn’t mean”

“It won’t work out. I’m sorry but let’s get back to reality and go home.” Aeri pleaded.

She sat on the bed looking suddenly tired. You sat next to her. She started crying and all you could think of doing was to hug her as she cried. After a few minutes you stood up.

“Let’s go back.” You said firmly.

Aeri looked up at you tear stained.

“Thank you Jaeni.” She hugged you.

“Let’s go.” You nodded, “I’ll quickly pack my bags and meet you in the lobby in half an hour?”

Aeri nodded.

You got up and left to pack. You hoped this was the right decision. You walked over to your room and started packing. You glanced around the room taking one more look just to make sure you didn’t forget anything.

Seunghyun’s clothes were scattered all over the room. He was so messy you thought. You couldn’t help but smile.

They were an amazing two days.

You grabbed your bag and left the room. Aeri was sitting in the lobby waiting for you. When she noticed you she stood up eager to leave. You held up your hand telling her to wait 5 more minutes. She nodded and left to get a cab.

You went over to the front desk and dropped off your key card.

“Could you give this to Choi Seunghyun when he gets back.” You handed her the key card, “And this letter.”

The receptionist nodded. You smiled hoping your letter will make sense to Seunghyun.

Aeri was already sitting in the cab when you joined her. She looked at you as you got in.

“Ready.” She asked.

“Yep.” You nodded.

At the airport you two were lucky to get on one of the last few flights to Seoul. It was 8pm when you landed at Gimpo Airport. You couldn’t help but think that the concert was still on.

“I think I’m going home tomorrow.” Aeri told you when you reached your apartment.

“Back to Daejeon?” you were surprised.

She nodded, “I need to recharge from this whole experience.”

You understood and agreed to drive her to the train station the next day. Inside Aeri went to take a bath. You went to make tea and while waiting you your phone.

There were a few messages and one voicemail. The voicemail was from your aunt and the messages were from Dongwoo.

The first one read.

The second one,

Are you okay? – Dongwoo
