The past few weeks had been enjoyable for me, sort of. Arron just keep annoying me in whatever he do.

“hey Gui Gui!”

I opened my eyes only to see Arron staring back at me with that pair of brown eyes. I stare back at him and continued my sleep. What an irritating moron. Waking me up in the wee hours of morning. After awhile, I started to smell something nice in my room. My stomach started to growl and I woke up reluctantly. Sitting in front of me was Arron, blowing a plate of fried chicken wings, causing the fragrant of the wings to reach to the place where I was sleeping. As soon as he realized I’m awake, he smiled and greeted me.

It’s a good choice that I bought this swing to be place at my backyard. Feeling the wind gently caressing my hair, all my troubles of the day will temporary be gone.

“Gui Gui! Hold tight!” Arron shouted and pushed the swing.

“KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!! LET ME GET DOWN” I snarled at him.

“nope! Fly higher and higher!! After you play it’s my turn okok?? And you have to push me!” he said cheekily.

It’s raining, and I’m safe and dry in the house, sitting on my bed while looking outside. I always feel better during rainy days, when I see people running for shelter in the rain while I’m dry and sheltered in my house. But one negative thing about rainy days is that, well it’s lonely. I can still remember when I was young, I was so afraid of the thunders. My mother will always come to my room hugging me and sleep with me. That’s the warmth that I till now still yearns for. But I know, it’s all gone.

“Gui Gui!” he shouts and hugs me from behind.

“What are you doing?!” I shot him a killer glare and turn back to the window. After realizing that I was ignoring him, he tickled me to get my attention. I stood up and fight back and ended up tickling him as well. We were fighting so much that I accidentally tripped over my own foot and fell back down on my bed while he landed on top of me. I stare at him, eyes open wide, while he just look at me, smiling with a look that was so gentle, so gentle. It was as if we were back to the time when I saved him, where he looked at me with the same pair of brown gentle eyes while telling me his name. Before I knew it, he started to inch closer to my face, still looking at me in the eyes. Though I knew its wrong, I just couldn’t go against my desire to feel him. I closed my eyes and waited for the kiss, expecting it to be on the lips. Instead, I felt a soft peck on my cheek. I open my eyes and saw him smiling really happily and stood up.

“Night Gui Gui.” He smiled.

He’s cute, in a way. But I know that he’s acting this way because he thought that I wasn’t responsible for the incident that happens during our childhood. I will let him know the truth soon. Just not now. But we will end it soon, very soon.

I just didn’t know.
