Junhong sighs as he stares out the window of the plane, staring at the clouds as they pass by in the darkened sky.

It's your birthday today, but he can't be there, high up in the sky and flying to yet another country where he'll see thousands of people who all want to see him, and he wants to see them too, but nothing will compare to you.

Across the aisle, Himchan pokes him.

"Stop pouting, you look like you're five or something."

Just to spite him, Junhong pushes his lips farther out, to which Himchan replies, "do you want me to kiss you or something?"

"Hyung, that's gross!"

"I know, I know," Himchan laughs, "I'm sure you'd rather have someone else kissing you instead." He lifts up his eyebrows suggestively.

Jongup, sitting beside him, does a fantastic eyebrow wave as well, and Junhong rolls his eyes at the sudden brow show.

With another sigh, Junhong turns back to the window, the night sky slightly purplish in the glow of the plane lights. He picks up his iTouch, grateful that they always purchase in-flight wifi, and checks the time where you are: it's almost midnight.

Grinning, he starts to type a happy birthday message, but the corners of his mouth soon start to turn down as he tries to figure out what to say.

"Yah, what's our Junhonngie doing?" Daehyun asks, leaning over Junhong's seat. (Obviously, Youngjae hadn't been showing him enough affection, if the headphones and iPad in front of the singer were any indication of anything.) "Who're you messaging?"

"None of your business, hyung!" Junhong groans, swatting Daehyun's face away with one hand and trying to type with the other.

Finally, he manages something that he thinks works, and presses send before he has the chance to delete it all.

happy birthday, my #1 BABY! even though I want to be with you today, there are other people I have to see. you're always in my heart! I hope you have a great day, I love you always!

When Daehyun's finally gone back to bothering Youngjae, Junhong composes his face and takes a selca, complete with an awkward one-handed heart.

Satisfied, he sets his iTouch down on the tray table and pulls his blanket over himself, shifting his body into a more comfortable position to try and get a few hours of much-needed sleep.

Unbeknownst to him, his iTouch vibrates with a new message notification.
