Ilhoon was busy making a sandwich and putting an ice cream on a brownie at the same time. Sungyeol is whipping up three caramel macchiato. By the looks of it, their hands are full. I took a small paper from the counter bearing a customer’s order.

2 Cappuccino

I could do that. I love coffees and I taught myself how to make some. I went beside Sungyeol and started preparing it. He looked at me bizzarely.

“What?” I asked him.

“Nothing” he laughed. His laughter sounded like one of those children who’re playing. It sounded innocent and pure. He gave me two cups then went back to his macchiato.

“Thanks,” I said.

After giving Bomi the Cappuccinos I made, I went to the counter again.

1 slice of Carrot cake and Cinnamon roll

I went to the refrigerator and took the box of carrot cake. I place it by the table and cut a slice. Ilhoon helped me by heating the cinnamon roll on the microwave.

It was Mrs. Byun and him who made all these pastries. How I wish I could bake too.

Ilhoon then gave the orders to Bomi who served them to the customers sitting beside the window. Smiles were earned after Bomi gave them foods.

It was a delightful scene. I don’t know why but I am so happy to see those smiles. I watched them eat and saw how they relish what Ilhoon and I prepared. Smiles were then again earned, appreciative ones. I then worked back on the kitchen enjoying my work.
