Another round for the cranky and annoyed Kyuhyun as he make it out the store to sign for a very fluffy, white, crossed-eyed puppy, with the height of a child stuff toy for the nth times of the day among other things. Changmin couldn't help himself but whistle some y-tune over the counter. Which got himself a kick to the shin as Kyuhyun made his way back to the coffee machine after dragging that pup to that gift filled corner. As Changmin was painful rubbing his poor shin, Kyuhyun glare at him to shut-the-hell-up with his whining. His normally upbeat childhood friend could only sulkenly hop to the nearest table while he wipe fake tears off his cheeks.
Kyuhyun couldn't care less of Changmin this current moment, its been a little over a week he last saw Siwon. After the night at the cafe with their little moment. Siwon has left for some overseas job, at first kyuhyun thought he'll only have to deal with the idiot's nonsense when he gets back. But apparently his prediction was very wrong.
Being the crush of the nation's most-adored-handsome-bachelor apparently means have to deal with his nation-size embarrassment. Siwon doesn't really have much boundaries since no one have ever ask him to "back the hell off". So we'll have Kyuhyun getting texts every odd hour, just to tell the other what he was doing. For example when Siwon would shoot some cover with a model, he'll compare the girls features not nearly as bright as Kyuhyun and a picture would come attached. Or when Siwon finish his daily gym, he'll text Kyuhyun telling him how much weight he did, how many rounds, how many kilometres he ran while thinking of him. Sometimes Siwon would even text him pictures of himself doing every other stuff, like while he's in the bloody sauna (flexing his abs), bathtub (bubble surrounded), getting a massage (topless), napping (with speech bubbles attach with his name and love hearts), drinking coffee (apparently only black ones), getting make up done and many more. At first Kyuhyun would reply with a "that looks nice", "She's pretty", "Good Luck" something casual however he didn't realise his little replies would drive Siwon into bonkers mode. The man would reply and text him more and more, eventually Kyuhyun would just read the text and give up responding at all. Of course that didn't sit well with Siwon's pea size brain. He'll start calling the cafe and ask for him, however Kyuhyun have threaten Changmin's if he dare to pass him the phone he'll shave his head bald, and for someone who love their hair and knowing Kyuhyun have cut his hair before due to revenge, every time Changmin would tell him the young have just stepped out or too busy.
Thinking he'll have to tell the man soon about his over use of text and calls. Kyuhyun decided to just leave his phone at home, but he never see the next humiliating move from Siwon. Starting from the 3rd day of his absent and only 24hrs of not texting Siwon back or answering the phone. Stuff have been sent to the cosy cafe physically. At first there were flowers, roses, red roses, red champagne roses to be exact. Kyuhyun's eyes were turning just as red when he see's not one, two, three but 24 bouquets of roses sent to the Cafe on that day. Each card reading: "It's been 24hrs since you last contacted me, I'm sorrie for whatever i've done. Pls give me another chance SW"
Kyuhyun was too mad to care and wouldn't listen to Changmin's advice to just call the guy, even though Changmin was getting more female customer in the store since Kyuhyun was giving the roses out to whoever wants them. Not that Changmin mind the sudden romantic and aegyo attentions from his females customers.
So when Siwon still didn't get any reply from his Kyuhyun and his manager's would only let him fly back to Seoul over his dead body. Siwon could only send more and more kookiness to the only known address of Kyuhyun. The days were follow's by 48 hampers of macaroons from different brand all with a big fat FORGIVE me ribbon attached. Then three 72inch stuff bear made its way to the cafe, with a 'kick me' sign attach to its tummy, so everytime Kyuhyun gives the poor bear a kick it'll play in Siwon's voice "Ahhh i'm a loser", "Ahhh i'm sorrie", "Ahhh pls dont be angry no more", "pls pls pls pls pls". The more Kyuhyun kick the bear, the more his internal anger would build up. Changmin suggested the guy to take these beat-up bear home cause its scaring the kids as they walk pass, he in return took those bear talk in his own when Kyuhyun wack him repeatedly.
Hence when Changmin made a lewd whistle to a Kyuhyun whom signing for a human height crossed eye puppy stuff toy. Kyuhyun was actually a little impress at his friends death wish.
"Min-ah seriously, if you wanna die, getting hit by that truck over there will be better than by me" Kyuhyun calmly suggested as Changmin froze in his rubbing poor shin motion.
"Haha" Changmin laugh nervously yet he couldn't help but imagine Kyuhyun might be right about that. "Kyuhyun-ar, why so serious? you gotta see the fun in life you know" He casually walk back behind the counter but not taking his eyes off Kyuhyun's who just happens to be holding a knife slicing the cakes of the display with a tad too much enjoyment.
"FUN?!" Kyuhyun snapped at him, looking more shocked than Changmin whom nature reflex in holding his hand up in defence.
"Well.... maybe not fun fun... but at least...i mean look at all these... you gotta feel pretty....you know...." Changmin whom decided to run his hand through his beloved hair to cover his defences post.
"Annoyed, embarrassed, suffocating, PEEV OFF!!!!" Kyuhyun was grabbing the handle of the knife tighter and tighter.
"Dude... calm down...give me that, before you hurt yourself. " Changmin can not stand the tension, he gotta take that knife away before Kyuhyun hurts HIM. "NO, Kyuhyun my dear friend, more like pleased, amazed, treasured, loved....COME ON. Give him some credit, you just cut him off. Of cos he's gonna try to win you back"
"He never WON anything from the start"
"Yea yea, what i'm trying to say is, he's doing all this, all~~~~ this" Changmin gesture to everything around them, from the left over few bouquet that he refuse to let Kyuhyun give away to the current stuff puppy. "everything... he only wanted your forgiveness"
"I wasn't even angry, i was only annoyed, but he kept saying sorry this and sorry that, so now...yea... now i'm PISSED..."
"And why are you pissed?" Changmin titled his head with a cute smirk.
"Oh don't you give me that... i invented that smirk!"
"Fine, be pissed, be grumpy, i don't even know why Siwon's in love with you." Changmin said as he throw his hands up in the air.
"...." Kyuhyun froze in spot, his eyes following Changmin's back as he leave his best friend standing dumb folded as he head into the kitchen area, only to freezes before reaching the frame door and turning 180, staring directly into Kyuhyun frozen form. Slowly Kyuhyun palmed his sudden flushing cheeks from his childhood friend.
"You know right?!"
"...."
"Come on Kyuhyun-ar... look around you... You think this is some simple crush?... This is LOVE"
"oh, stop it, stop it, stop it, stop it" Kyuhyun ran over to the never shutting up Min, and start slapping his friends to 'stop it'.
Kyuhyun knew that Siwon has some sort of fixation on him, well some serious fixation but LOVE. Really?! they don't even know each other. He only given the guy his number, yea they shared a few cute and flirty moments, yea he did kinda missed the guy when Siwon told him he'll be flying out and sure he did want to give him a chance. But come on LOVE. Isn't that just too soon?! And looking at these toys, roses, balloons?! what the hell?! why is there balloons outside the store?
Kyuhyun sudden halt in his slap's made Changmin follow his sight, and they both stared at the clusters of balloons outside their stores. The two, well one was making his way out enthusiastically thinking how Siwon would again outdo himself when the other was earnestly frighten to know what's next in store for him.
When the two reach outside, a crowd of people already taking pictures of the lavish display. Surrounded by 4 staff in black, the multi colours balloons made out just the imagine from 'UP', however instead of a house that the balloons meant to attached. Its is a gigantic heart shape piñata made from petals of roses. "aigo~~~, Siwon you love freak" Changmin gleefully mutter which lucky for him Kyuhyun was too stress to notice. There's roughly 200 balloons attached to this rose-heart. Just when kyuhyun have trouble swallowing the lump in his throat. One of the staff in black walked over, handed a phone to him, without thinking much Kyuhyun lead the phone to his ear while his eyes still bore on those balloons.
"Yoboseyo?! Kyu?! Kyu-ar?! *sigh heavily* I know you're still mad at me for some reason. I just wish you could give me a chance. Kyuhyun, p-please..... please"
Kyuhyun notice the husky voice right away, it's weird how you've only met the person a few times, yet their voice could so easily startle your heart in a blink of an eye. Kyuhyun massage his temple, just when he was about to say something to the pleading voice on the other end. The staff handed him a bat, a baseball bat to be exact.
Kyuhyun smile widely at the staff and accepted the bat with one hand. Changmin stare at his suddenly shiver sending smiling Kyuhyun and impressed at how Siwon could already catches the true side of Kyuhyun, from those sweet treats Kyuhyun love to those kickable bear till now.
"I'll be waiting" Was all kyuhyun said to the phone before passing the phone to the person next to him which happens to be Changmin and start beating the hell out of that rose-heart. With every hit some girl will be "ohhh-ing" or "no". But Kyuhyun was determine to smash the living daylight out of this far too BIG and extremely loud profess of love.
Changmin took the chance on the phone "Siwon-ar, you do know that he's beating the beshisus of your heart right?"
Changmin could hear the other chuckle at this question "As long as it makes him happy.... Changmin-ah, he's happy right?" . Changmin sigh deeply if that'll makes any different, instead he gave siwon a sneer and hang up. Only a rough minute passes and Siwon would receive a sets of pictures, all of which a kyuhyun's very happily and smiling brightly as he swing that bat into the petals flying and half beaten piñata. To which Siwon couldn't help but shower the ones around him with his deepest angelic dimples for the rest of the day.
