Nelly’s point of view

 

It had been three weeks since I know Jinyoung. He’s a cool, nice and fun to talk to. We talk about everything, mostly music, art and other funny things that happened in our life. But we barely talk about our love life or personal things. I never thought I could open my heart (sharing my feelings with him) to a person that fast. It seems like he can understand my thoughts.

 

Unlike other people who just think I’m too crazy and say that “it won’t ever happen” or “you’re just dreaming”. He’s also acts like a gentleman; at least he hasn’t asked me for a clear picture that shows my face. I had bump into many jerks that keep on asking me for my pictures. If I want to show you my face, I’ll just use a picture that has my face on it on my profile picture. Aren’t these guys’ jerks? Do they even have brains?

 

“Hey Nerin~ I was in a cafe and I saw this! Isn't cute? I know you don’t like coffee but their mocha and cappuccino are very good. If you have time you should come here and try it :)”It’s a message from Jinyoung. We exchanged our ID on KaKaoTalk. He often sends me pictures of him with his friends and other things that he thinks I’ll like.

 

“Thanks Jinyoung! I’ll go there with my friends :) I’m in this restaurant, they have good pasta. God they put so much cheese, there is so much calories but it’s so good. I couldn’t stop eating it! XP” I reply and send him a picture of my pasta. Surprisingly, he is very good at cooking pasta, and I’m a big fan of pasta.

“Did you just say pasta?” I imagined Jinyoung opening his eyes widely and the sparkles in his eye shining brightly. Yeah, we love pasta, there’s nothing that can stop us from loving it!

 

“Yes, I did oppa~ XD” I barely called older guys oppa, it just makes me feel uncomfortable, Jinyoung is the only one (so far he is) who doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable when I called him oppa. Maybe it’s because I’m typing the words down instead of saying it to him?

 

“Oh My God! Give me that address! I’m going there right now!!”

 

“Don’t you have work need to do, oppa?” Keke~ Jinyoung always sends me his schedule once he gets it, and then I know when it’s a good time to talk to him. And he has my schedule too. No matter how tight our schedules are, we can always find a time to talk; even it’s only 30 minutes.

 

“You got me. T.T But I really, really want to try it....... QAQ” Jinyoung complains.

 

“Oh yeah, they do deliveries~”

 

“Nerin! You should have told me earlier! I was so upset when you reminded me that I have work to do!” Haha~ normally I wouldn’t do this to my friends, except my best friends. They are used to me doing these little tricks, and now Jinyoung is used to it now.

 

“Oppa, I thought you got used to my little tricks lol~” Okay, I admit that this is one of my bad habit that I can’t stop.

 

“Goodness! At first I just thought you are a good quiet little girl! But no! You blow me away; you act so different compared to when I just met you!”

 

“Haha~ you act different too, oppa~ you were not this emotional when I first met you lol~”

 

“Okay, okay, I give up. Just give me the phone number, please~”

 

“Yes oppa~ I bet you will love their pasta! It’s super good!”

 

“I will :)”

 

After a small conversation with Jinyoung, I didn’t notice I had a smile on my face while I continued eating my pasta.

 

“So, have some drama going on?” Stacey asks.

 

“Hum?”

 

“Kitty, what Bunny is trying to say is did you get a txt from someone?” Maggie explains.

 

“Yeah I did” I have no idea what are they up to.

 

“It is a guy?”

 

“Yeah~”

 

“Do you like that guy?”

 

“Do I like that guy? Nope, I don’t like anyone. You guys know that, besides if I do like someone I would tell you.” I don’t get how they think I like someone. Beside Jinyoung is just a close friend that I never met.

 

“You sure~~~ I don’t think so~” Stacey said with a smile.

“I’m on her side” Maggie said with a happy tone.

 

“Guys, come on, it’s just a friend.” They love to tease me when it comes to guys, since I’m the one who always gets stuff on Valentine’s Day and rejecting the guys. Yeah, I’m always the bad guy, being mean to people. So what, I’m just being honest.

 

So close yet so far, we understand each other but have never met in person. Sometimes I wish I could meet Jinyoung in person! We have so many things in common. But I’m scared, what if everything is just my imagination?

  

Gongchan’s point of view

 

It has been three weeks, since the day hyun met Nerin. Um......not met, they never met each other......what’s the word for this......oh yeah, since the day they started to message each other. I don’t really get how web dating works out, but by looking at hyun and Nerin I think I’m starting to get how it works now. Not talking to the person directly, kind of like sending a text to a friend on Facebook but on a dating website instead.

 

In an article I read online not too long ago, it talks about online dating and how it works for people. Basically, it’s talking about how dating websites work and why people can find the right person, their true love on dating websites. Mainly it’s because people are scared of being themselves in reality, and are scared that people won’t accept them, think they are freaks, their looks....blah blah blah any kind of reason you could think of, it’s on there. 

 

The one reason that made me really think deeply was “it’s easier for people to open their heart and talked about their secrets or deep feelings online instead of with family or close friends.” it makes me start to wonder could this be the reason why hyun likes to talk to Nerin? He can tell her the stuff that he is too shy to tell us? And then somehow fall for her? Every time I think hyun and Nerin more questions pop out and none of them are answered.  Which makes me feel very stupid and weak......I can’t even figure out what the hell my hyun is thinking about! What kind of friend am I!!!!

 

Jinyoung’s point of view

 

    After I made my call to that amazing “Pasta” restaurant, I walk toward to Gongchan who is acting very weird and scratching his soft blonde hair. Is he stuck on something or what? Well, since I’m his hyun I should help him out.

 

“Gongchan~”, I said as I tapped his shoulder.

 

“Wooah!” I don’t know what happen to him but he just screams and falls from his chair. Hum......something is going on, I wonder what it is?

 

“Gongchan...did you watch a scary movie or what? Or did you get in trouble?” I raise my eyebrow and asked.

 

“N-nothing hyun! I didn’t watch a scary movie or get in trouble,” said Gongchan as he shakes his head. I’m pretty sure something is wrong with Gongchan or maybe he’s up to something.

 

“Trust me hyun, I’m not up with something that will freak you out or anything” Almost as if he could read my mind, he answered my question. Hum.....maybe he is stuck with some weird problem then.

 

“Okay, then tell me why you are acting weird and scratching your head?” Honestly, I wanted to ask him this question. It has been three weeks since he has been doing this.

 

“Well......okay hyun I will tell you why. You and the others hyun all have a......um....target? No no....a person that you guys want to get but......I can’t find anyone.” Gongchan sat on the floor, looking down and continued scratching his head.

“Well...you can’t really do anything about it, you have to wait till that person shows up.” I sat down next to him and said.

 

“I can’t do anything but wait?” Gongchan looks at me and asked.

 

“Yup, nothing but wait. Just need to wait till that girl shows up in your life and you never know when she showed up. Isn’t it exciting?”

 

“Okay.......”

 

“Anyway, if you always stay in the house you won’t find that girl, you need to go outside and do something. I’m going to get my pasta want to come with me?”

 

“But hyun......don’t you have work you need to do?”

 

“Well...I got some ideas from a friend so I finished it early~ anyway let’s go get some pasta for lunch, maybe you can find your girl~”

 

Thanks to Nerin who helped me out, lol~ since I finished my work early I decided to pick up my amazing pasta! I wonder if she will ever run out of ideas. It’s like every time I can’t think of something to fit in, she can always come up something.....perfect! I really want to meet her in person. When can I meet her? We had been talking for about three weeks already but I have no idea what she looks like. I’m very curious~ we have so many things in common, every time I get to know her more, she just surprises me every time! I’m looking forward to that day when we meet each other Nerin. I hope that day will come soon. I thought in my head and smiled as I went to get my pasta.
