After School.

After school ended,they decided to hang out at a café.

“Hey guys,let’s go to my aunts’s café.It’s just around the corner.”said Ailee.

“Wow Ailee.Your aunt owns a café?It must be awesome.” asked Jr.

“Come on.Let’s go.”Ailee showed the way to the others.

A few minutes later,they arrived in front of the café.

“Oh My God.This place is HUGE!”Nana was speechless.

So were the others.

“You didn’t tell us your aunt’s café was THIS big.On second thought,you never even told us your aunt even HAD a café.”questioned Siwoo.

“You’re right.I didn’t even thought about that.”said Ailee.

“Hey,we should hang out here everytime after school.” suggested Jr.

“Yeah,we should.What do you say,Ailee?”asked Nana.

“I don’t know.I think I should asked my aunt first.”said Ailee.

They entered the café and sat down at the table beside the window.

They picked a rectangular table.

Siwoo sat beside Nana in front of Jr that was seating next to Lee Seul and Ailee sat in the middle.

A few minutes later,Ailee’s aunt came wearing a white apron on her waist.

She had brown wavy hair and hazel-coloured eyes.

She was tall and had a slim body.

She didn’t look like someone that would open up a café.

“Hye Ailee.Are these your friends?”she asked.

“Yeah.This is Lee Seul,Jr,Nana and Siwoo.Guys,this is Ms. Kim,my aunt.”Ailee introduced each of her friends.

“Hye Ms. Kim.It’s nice to meet you.”said Jr.

They stood up and bowed.

Ms. Kim bowed back.

“Ms. Kim,do you mind if we come here every day after school?”asked Ailee.

“Sure.No problem.Everytime you come here,it’s on me.It’s good to know that I’m going to have regular customers.”Ms. Kim smiled to the kids.

“Really?!Thanks!”said Siwoo.

They were really surprised about eating for free everytime they went there.

“What would you kids like to eat?”she asked.

“We’ll just have something simple.”said Lee Seul.

“Okay.”Ms. Kim went to the kitchen.

Siwoo looked at Jr,pointed his eyes to Lee Seul and smirked.

Lee Seul was facing the opposite of Jr’s face.

“What?!”Jr mimed his lips to Siwoo.

“ She doesn’t even want to look at you!”Siwoo mimed back.

“That’s not it!”Jr exclaimed.

His eyes became sharp.

He leaned back on his chair and folded his arms.

He glanced at Lee Seul.

She was silent.

Jr’s mind went blank.

The only thing that was on his mind was whether he will ever tell his feelings to Lee Seul.

And the only thing that was stopping him was his thought on whether Lee Seul will accept his feelings or reject him and avoid him forever.

He definitely doesn’t want that to happen.

“Hey Jr.Are you.....okay?”Nana stared at Jr for awhile.

She realised that he was looking at Lee Seul.

Jr quickly came back to his senses.

“What?Oh…..uhmmmm....yeah.Yeah....I’m fine....I....I think I need to go to the bathroom.”Jr stood up and left the table.

Everyone watched him as he go.

“Is something wrong with Jr?”Nana whispered to Siwoo.

Siwoo smiled.

“Why are you smiling?”asked Nana.

“I’ll tell you later.”replied Siwoo.

Ms. Kim came with a tray on her hands.

She placed their drinks on the table with a basket of bread and donuts.

“If you kids want more,just tell me.”said Ms. Kim.

“It’s okay.Thanks Ms. Kim.”said Lee Seul.

“Uhmmm....Ms.Kim,can I asked you a question?”said Siwoo.

“Sure.What is it?”she asked.

Lee Seul reached out for a piece of bread.

Ailee took a sip of her drink.

“Are you married?”asked Siwoo.

Suddenly,Ailee choked on her drink and started coughing.

Lee Seul  paused with the bread in front of that was open.

“Ailee,are you okay?”Nana tried to calm Ailee down.

She then turned her head to Siwoo.

She had a serious face on.

“I’m fine.Siwoo!Why would you ask a question like that?!”exclaimed Ailee.

“What?!What’s wrong?”Siwoo was clueless.

“It’s okay.It’s not a big deal.”said Ms. Kim.

“You hear that?It’s fine with her.”said Siwoo.

Nana hit Siwoo’s arm.

“Oww!”Siwoo rubbed his arm to ease the pain.

“No.I’m not married yet.But I have a boyfriend.”replied Ms. Kim.

“How come that’s not a surprise to me?”said Siwoo.

“By the way Ms. Kim,how old are you?”asked Lee Seul after sipping her coffee.

“She’s 27.”Ailee cut in right before Ms. Kim wanted to answer.

“Seriously?!And you own a café?!You’re awesome!”shouted Siwoo.

“Haha.Not really.It was hard handling this place but I’m used to it now.”she explained.

“Hey,is Jr okay?He’s been gone for a while.”Ailee realised that Jr wasn’t back yet.

“Yeah.Where did he go?”said Nana.

“You guys wait here.I’ll go search for him.”said Siwoo.

Nana held Siwoo’s hand.

“Be careful and make sure to come back here.”ordered Nana.

“Alright.”said Siwoo.

Siwoo slipped his hand off of Nana’s hand slowly.

“Seriously?”said Lee Seul looking at them.

Lee Seul looked at the boys’ toilet that was at the end of the café.

“Where is he?”Lee Seul thought to herself.
