I insist of going back to Korea even when Claudia protested that my wound is not healed.

Having a sling on my left arm, we come out from the arrival area. I see the rest of my team members.

“Hi boss looking great.” Joe come forward and gives me a hug avoiding my left arm.

Elise and Sarah come up and each gives me a hug too.

“How are the Snsd girls?” I look at the three.

“Great! Busy preparing for their new album” Sarah answers.

“Taeyeon kept asking about you boss” Joe swing an arm over my shoulder.

I just nod and keep walking.

“We are meeting them for lunch, let’s go boss. They can’t wait to see you” Sarah opens the door of the MPV for me.

As soon as I step into the restaurant, I see a small body running towards me and hug me.

“Ouch! Tae” I winch in pain as she come crashing into me tightening her hug.

She wouldn’t budge; I look down at her as I can feel her small little body shaking.

“Tae are you crying?” I gently push her away to look at her face. Tears are flowing down her big brown eyes.

“I’m ok Tae, see, and still standing” I wink at her. Cupping her face with my right hand, I use my thumb to wipe away her tears.

Taeyeon wipe her face with the back of her hands, she look up at me with pouting.

God she is too cute!

I couldn’t resist, I bend down and gives her a soft peck on her cheek and hug her in my chest again.

Thank god you’re alright Taeyeon.

I can sense Tiffany’s stare.

Taeyeon loosen her hug and grab my right arm leading me to the round table where all the girls are.

Every one of them gives me a hug. Tiffany is the last one to hug me.

“Thanks Kel for saving Taetae” she whispers near my ear as she hugs me. I look at her and smile.

All of us was enjoying the dinner, laughing, joking, teasing. At the very end of the dinner I decided to say something. I stand up; I grab their attention by hitting the glass with my fork. The laughter died down.

“Thank you everyone for the wonderful dinner, I really enjoy it. I like to have this opportunity to thank the Snsd girls for giving my team and me such wonderful experiences. I learn a lot from you girls. And as the psychopath has been apprehended, we are going to end our service here.” I look down at my plate; I’m avoiding the sad eyes that are staring at me now.

“Well I’m not good with saying goodbyes but this is not goodbye girls, you can always whatsapps us, chat, mail whatever means and ways to communicate with us.” I am still staring at my plate.

“We will still be in Seoul a couple of days to settle some things and also to meet up with your boss Mr Lee to give him our final report” I finally look up at them. I hate to see teary eyes.

“I will miss all of you; we will miss all of you”

Especially you Taeyeon.

After leaving the restaurant all of us go back to our dorm once again. This time it’s the Snsd girls crowding in my team’s dorm.

All of us form a circle with a few tubs of ice cream among us. All are exchanging communication ways with each other.

I lean back to the wall and look at all of them. Taeyeon comes to sit beside me. She scoops a spoonful of ice cream and sends it into my mouth.

“Thank you for protecting me Kel. I will miss you so much” She send another spoonful of ice cream into my mouth while saying.

“Mmm you’re welcome” savouring the ice cream inside my mouth. I hold my hand up when she wants to send more ice cream into my mouth again.

Taeyeon puts down the spoon, lift her hand up to touch my wound.

“Does it still hurt?” she looks at me with her puppy eyes.

“Nope, but I may need to get a new tattoo to cover the scar” I chuckle trying to avoid those puppy eyes.

All the girls decided to spend the rest of the night crashing in our dorm. I chat with Taeyeon throughout the night.

While the Snsd girls are busy with their new album preparations. We get our things done, tying a few ends in SM ENT. We had meetings with the all the managers in SM and Mr Lee, improving their security methods towards their artists. And also to say our final goodbyes by having lunches with the staffs and Mr Lee.

In the Airport

Time is 0330 in the morning; we book the flight at this time because the girls want to send us to the airport.

Silence in the MPV, our last time sitting inside the MPV.

Taeyeon is leaning against me putting her on my better shoulder. This will be the very last time I smell her floral smell hair. And the last time her perfume will linger on my jacket.

Tiffany just sits beside me without saying anything.

As we walk into the airport, it’s pretty quiet with only a few passengers checking in at the counters. No fans know about Snsd coming to the airport.

We check in our luggage and get our boarding passes.

The girls form a line as we approaching the departure gate.

My team shake and hug each and every one of them moving from the first one to the last. It’s like what you see in soccer matches where all the players shake everyone hands in line.

I am the last in my team.

“Take care Sooyoung, don’t eat so much ok” I hug the tall girl.

“Take care Hyoyeon , you will shine bright one day” I hug the blonde.

“Take care Seohyun, you’re a grown up now. Try to relax abit” I hug the maknae.

“Take care Jessi, don’t you dump my Joey ok” I chuckle at her and gives her a hug.

“Take care Yoona, we are the Gemini” I high five her and gives her a hug.

“Take care Sunny, please use your aegyo sparingly. It kills” She gives a soft slap on my better arm and hugs me.

“Take care Yuri, your body is great don’t be too skinny.” She laughs and gives me a hug.

Next comes Tiffany, I stand in front of her and hug her. I whisper into her ear “Tiff, if you ever make Taeyeon cry or break up with her. I promise you I will come back to Seoul to take her away from you. Love her with all your heart Tiff.” As I back away from the hug, Tiffany is staring at me with her eyes wide open.

“Just a warning for you” I give a soft punch on her shoulder chuckling at her. She smiles awkwardly.

Last but not least. Taeyeon.

“Take care Kim Byuntae.” I can hear her dorky laugh over my shoulder as I hug her. “Let me know if Tiffany bullies you or make you cry. I will be here to protect you again.” I can feel her nodding. “Keep the stud, no matter where you are. I can find you if you are ever in danger again. Trust me even if I’m back in Australia, I can still receive the emergency beep and the signals.” I let go of her.

I turn without looking at her coz I know she’s crying again.

Claudia puts her arm around me when we walk into the departure area.

I suddenly turn putting my hand cupping around my mouth. I shout into the quiet air.

“SNSD JJANG!”

“KIM TAEYEON SARANGHEYO!”

I didn’t look at their reactions; I just turn back.

With my back facing them I lift up my good arm and wave, making a peace sign as I went into the departure gate.

“Hey I didn’t know you can do that Kel” Claudia put her arm around my shoulder again.

I just smile.

Snsd you’re the best, till we meet again.

I love you Kim Taeyeon.
