Mr. Kwon rested his phone down as he smirked. ‘Tomorrow, the newspapers will announce the date of the engagement...

The man got up his desk and paused, seeing his wife standing in front of the door. He was surprised at first, but he converted his facial expression back to normal.

“Sangwoo...Are you ever going to accept Taeyeon as our daughter?” Mrs. Kwon asked. Her voice was slightly shaky, and she felt miserable inside and out.

“We’ll talk about this later after the election,” Mr. Kwon answered every time Mrs. Kwon asked him about Taeyeon. “My answer will always be the same no matter what.

Mrs. Kwon sighed, biting her lips and slowly walking away.

Mr. Kwon frowned, clutching his fist. ‘I can't risk anything. I need to win this election....even if it meant not accepting my own daughter...’

“APPA! Why didn’t you tell me anything about this?! I thought we’re announcing the date on your election day?” Yuri fired at her father, feeling anger rising up.

“You must’ve mistaken. We’re doing the wedding the day after the election, so be prepare for it and avoid causing any trouble over the month,” Mr. Kwon stated as he got up his feet and walked out the door.

“APPA!--” Yuri shouted but her father’s presence was nowhere seen. Yuri clutched on her fist and slammed it forcefully onto the table. ‘What am I suppose to say to her? What am I going to do with her? Jessica....Jessica...’ Yuri grabbed the first thing that her hand came in contact with and threw it at the wall. Seeing it broke into pieces, she lifelessly fell on her chair as she saw her secretary ran inside the room confused and scared. ‘Jessica...’

“Yoona, you heard? You agreed to this marriage?!” Yuri asked through the phone, well, more like raged.

‘What do you want me to do right now? We can just agreed now then not get marry later on. Just chill out, Kwon Yuri. I’m not going through this marriage and neither are you. We can just act like we’re a “couple” in front of people.”

Yuri sighed. “Alright. Let’s put on this show....And let it end asap.”

‘Of course..’ Yoona plainly said and hung up. She set the phone down and tightened her hand while wrapping her arms around her waist. ‘I can’t have Taeyeon or Yuri.......None of them......all because of Jessica.....all because of Jessica Jung...’ Yoona clenched onto her shirt as her lips trembled and tears rushing down her face.

-Jessicas house-

“Unnie Unnie! You got everything yet??? We need to get going and buy all the stuff for tomorrow!” Krystal hurried Tiffany through the phone seeing some things were missing. Krystal started to list out the things that are needed as she washed the dishes. “Hara said she’ll make seaweed soup so don't worry about that...yeah...Yes lets buy some of those too...okay okay. I’ll see you later.” Krystal wiped her hand off with the dry cloth when she got done with the dishes. The girl turned around to see Taeyeon standing there with a smile on her face. “Yahh!” she shouted out of surprised.

Taeyeon giggled as she looked around. “You need help with anything?”

“Why are you home so quick?” Krystal asked glaring at the girl for startling her. “Go away I don't need help.” Krystal shooshed the girl away but Taeyeon kept still and insisted on helping.

They got into a playful verbal argument and in the end Taeyeon lost. Not very surprising..
