It was Saturday. A few days ago, after you met the EXO members, Yeni told you to come back to the S.M. building on Saturday because that was the day EXO would start filming for their new music video. She also mentioned that it was manditory that you should be there so you could translate for some Chinese and American staff that didn't speak Korean.

Ever since then, since you had nothing else to do, you tried to adjust your sleep patterns and get rid of your jetlag. You didn't go outside for the whole entire week in fear that you might come across a mall or something and buy loads of stuff, so you were pretty much stuck in your apartment the whole time watching boring mid-day dramas until your eyes hurt. You also read the stack of papers that Yeni gave to you, assuming they were pretty important. But it was all just an employee handbook full of rules, a nametag with your name and the word "STAFF" on it attached to a lanyard, and your schedule of the days you would need travel to China, and other important dates for concerts and fanevents. All the days on the agenda were pretty much filled, so basically you would be spending almost every single day with the M members.    As you read through your schedule, thoughts about the EXO members ran though your mind. You vaguely remembered what happened when that Kris guy approached you. You continuously wondered if he was hitting on you or not, but you were hoping he was just being really friendly with you. Besides, even though all those boys you met were really attractive (I mean really attractive), you were only here to earn enough money to pay your parents back then go back home and nothing else.       As mentioned before, it was Saturday, 5:59 a.m. You arrived at the S.M. building at exactly one minute before the time you were supposed to be there. Yeni threatened to fire you if you were any later than that since it was policy. You met with Yeni and a few other associates in one of the fancy, white-furnished lounges of the fifth floor. It had the aroma of coffee circling the room.   "Everyone, this is Mei Lin, EXO's new translator," Yeni introduced you, and you bowed to them. She then continued, "Mei Lin, this is the main staff of EXO. You can consider yourself a part of the main staff as well since you will be traveling with EXO-M most of the time." Then, each of the staff members individually introduced themselves; there was EXO-M's main manager, Hyun Kyun,  and there were also two stylists who called themselves Gayun and Toki. You saw how nicely dressed and professional the stylists looked, and then you looked down at what you were wearing, feeling out of place with your outfit and panda backpack that made you look like a little schoolgirl rather than sophisticated. You felt even more out of place when you realized that they were all older than you, maybe seven or eight years, making you the youngest and the only teenager (Sort of. Let's pretend nineteen still counts as a teenager keke~).   "We should be heading to the vans now. Filming starts at 8:30 and it'll take two hours to get to the shooting location, so we have to start leaving now," Yeni announced. The others nodded and started walking out. You clutched the straps of your backpack and followed behind. As you reached the back of the building, you recognized three of the members standing by the exit door with one of their assistants. They politely greeted Yeni, the coordi noonas, and their manager, then enthusiastically said hello to you.   "Mei Lin-ssi! Annyeonghaseyo!" Lay, Chen, and Xiu Min chimed. You were suprised yet flattered that they even remembered your name.   "Where's the rest of EXO-M?" Hyun Kyun asked the boys. "I thought they would be with you guys?"   "They woke up late so they decided they would just ride with EXO-K and their manager," Lay explained. Hyun Kyun sighed and started dialing somehing on his phone.   "Let's go boys, we have to start driving before we hit traffic," Yeni said and led them outside.   Xiu Min ran toward the van and tagged the car door. "I call the window seat! I'm not sitting in the middle again this time," Xiu Min yelled.   "No. Be polite and let Mei Lin sit there," Lay ordered.   "Yah, I'm older than you, you know. Just because I'm shorter doesn't mean you can boss me around," Xiu Min said. He poked Lay playfully in the shoulder. Wait a second, Xiu Min is older than Lay?! He looks and acts like he would be the maknae...   "But you're right Lay," Xiu Min continued. "Since I am a gentleman, I'll let Mei Lin sit there. Just because I'm that nice." Xiu Min stretched out an arm and gestured for you to take a seat first. You refused, but he said he insisted.
