CHAPTER 10

“Did you know that Chanyeol and Seohyun is in relationship?”

“That tall kid with our goddess? What did she sees in him anyway?”

“Oh, my goddess! She’s already fallen into someone’s else embrace.”

“He is lucky to have her.”

Their relationship news is spreading like lightning among the students especially Luhan.

It hurts him the most when he realizes his rival is already grabbing his opportunity. He can’t even talk as usual like he did to Seohyun before.

One thing for sure, he saw unusual smiles from her. She is much more happier than she did with him before.

Chanyeol must know how to makes her happy unlike him who is always pick a fight.

He deletes her number.

He erases her messages.

He takes off their picture together on his board and put it away in the box.

He only exchanges smile with her whenever they’re stumble upon each other.

He doesn’t pick up her call.

He doesn’t reply to any her messages.

He wants to burn the box but he doesn’t have any courage to do that.

He wants to talk her like nothing happen before but he can’t when Chanyeol is always with her.

He only gets to smile from a far away and wish her happiness.

Besides, he’s going to graduate soon and find a job far away from here.

He doesn’t want to remember her at all.

Their friendship all this time, he wants to end it.

He can’t bear the pain when she smiles around Chanyeol.

He wants to run away.

She is much happier when Chanyeol keeps cracking a joke.

She laughs a lot because he kept making her smile like there has no tomorrow.

But when she’s alone, she misses her friend.

Her old friend, Luhan.

She realized he keeps distance from her.

He doesn’t answer her call.

He doesn’t reply to her messages.

It seems like they are strangers at the first place and he never knew her like she never exists before in her life.

She missed his teasing, their endless fight.

Right now, he only smiles when they stumble into each other.

When she wants to start a conversation with him, he always excuses himself.

What she did any wrong at him that makes him goes cold?

She realizes, this feeling is more anxious. This feeling is not the same when she being around Chanyeol.

It’s true that Chanyeol makes her happy but not like Luhan did before.

Even he didn’t try hard, it seems likes he is breaking her heart into many pieces every time he ignores her.

Is she making a wrong decision after all?
