PROLOGUE

He’s already yawning for several times but his friends’ still doesn’t come. He keeps spacing out but neither of them has arrived.

He orders another cup of iced coffee while reading a magazine for nth time.

From far sight, Kai and D.O run toward his way with guilty smile. Chanyeol looks up from the magazine and sigh.

 “You better had an explanation for the reason why are you late before I curse both of you.” He said while suppressing his anger by crumpled a fist.

Kai looks at D.O while D.O looks at him back.

“Kai’s girlfriend was upset with Kai so he need to comfort her. The time taken to comfort her is approximately about 10 minutes and the time to get here is about 4 minutes because of traffic jam.” D.O explains with a hope Chanyeol understands their situation.

Chanyeol stays silent before gets up. “Because of you guys, I’m late for the blind date! So the punishment is both of you must buy me lunch since I’m hungry!” He hangs his hand on their shoulder. They’re groaning before broke into a smile.

“Sure, sure! But Chanyeol, it’s not that you’re not handsome like us but maybe it’s not the time yet to have a girlfriend.” Kai said to him.

Chanyeol lets out a sigh. “I’m already 16 but I never falling in love nor have a girlfriend like you guys. At least you had an experience in being left behind or broke someone’s heart.”

“HEY!” Both of them are yelling at him while he’s laughing.

In the midst of the crowd, there was a girl that stand out and she is winking at him all of sudden. Chanyeol was taken aback with her action. His heart is thumping loudly that he thought it’s going to burst out.

He froze which causing his friends look at him with strange look.

“Are you okay, Chan?”

“What are you looking at?” Kai looks around but nothing comes into mind.

“I think my time is already come.” Chanyeol replies with a long grin.

“What do you mean?”

“To have a girlfriend.” He looks at them with happy expression while Kai and D.O look at each other with disbelief look.
