Jongyeon's POV

I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

For the first time in my life I decided to trust someone other than key and haemin and he did this to me.

On our monthsary.

I dropped the glass bottle because I was shaking in shock an disbelief.

They turned to face me, him in shock and her... She was smirking?!

..........

Suddenly I wasn't that shocked anymore, I was ing pissed. 

He was gonna say something but I cut him off cuz I'm sick of people giving me excuses.

'if you prepared so much just to show me that you're making out with your ex- girlfriend then that's just plain sick.'

then i put the book that I spent my whole week doing and the SM Ent paper on the table and I was ready to storm off when I

stepped on a ing huge piece of glass. '!!!' the pain shot up my legs and I dropped on the floor.

' yeonnie, are you alright?!?' he screamed while he ran over trying to help me up.

Oh no way am I going to show you my weak side.

' GO AWAY!!  I don't need help from a ing loser I once called my boyfriend.' and I stood up by myself, ignoring the shots of pain

when I did that and tried to storm off. After I came out I tried to walk off to my room but the pain was too much to bear.

I fell to the floor and thankfully one of the maids saw me and immediately wanted to call an ambulance but I told her to just call a

cab cuz I don't want that ing jerk to know anything. So she called a cab and brought me to the hospital. They cleaned my

wound and gosh, ing painful.

I was gonna leave but after I stood up I felt very dizzy and fainted. 

After I woke up it was already the next day afternoon and  I was in the hospital ward and saw that key, haemin, onew,Minho and

taemin were around me.   

' yeonnie ah, are you okay? The doctor said you had a fever and the wound worsened it so you fainted of fever and exhaustion.' 

' yeah I'm much better already. ' 

' k good, anyway, why was it one of the maids who sent you here, where's jjong?'

dammit, hearing his name just made my blood boil. 

' don't mention that jerk to me, you wanna know go ask him yourself. Wait, you didn't tell him I was here did you?' 

' erm actually I just texted him that you're here...' replied onew. 

' ugh forget it, just don't let him in when he's here. I wanna be alone, all out.'

I wanted to be alone so that I can sort things out a little and I just needed the peace. key was reluctant but I gave him a smile and

reassured him that I just need some rest, that's all. So everyone went out except for Haemin. She came to sit beside my bed and

said ' you know, you can always tell me what happened, I promised uou that i'll always be by my best friend and I'll always be here

for you. You know talking to me always make it better.'

sigh I love her, she always knows what on my mind, she's the only one who can tell that I'm sad even when I'm smiling.

So I told her everything, from the 8pm to the stepped on glass incident. I don't know why, but halfway through the story I started

tearing up and before I knew it I was sobbing, trying hard to finish the story. I guess it was because jonghyun was really important

to me, and I've never imagined that he'll do that to me. Haemin gave me a tight hug and told me to get some rest before she went

out. I was drifting off to sleep when I heard voices outside, especially the voice of a certain someone that I don't wanna see. 

' I wanna go in and see her!' he shouted.

' no you can't jjong, she told us we can't let you in!!' said key.

' just let me see her once!!'

  ' NO YOU CAN'T YOU ING BUSTARD.' screamed haemin. Wow she must be really pissed too. 

' JUST LET ME SEE HER ONCE AND I'LL LEAVE ONCE I KNOW SHE'S FINE!!' 

' she's obviously fine since she's not with YOU anymore so just leave!!!!' 

' Excuse me, but this is the hospital, if you wanna shout, may I suggest you leave the hospital right now.' said the head nurse. 

I guess they left because I didn't hear any noise anymore. After that I fell asleep. 

After 2 days I was discharged and I went to move in with haemin and got key to take my stuff from jonghyun's house. They all knew

what happened so they didn't ask me anything about it.  The next day I went back to school. The first thing I saw was Jessica

sitting in my seat cuddling with jonghyun like nobody's business. As much as I felt disgusted, I was kinda glad she took my seat.

I don't wanna sit with him anymore so I went to Jessica's seat which was next to taemin.

Everything pretty much got back to normal, just that there's one less person at our lunch table since he was dragged around by

Jessica to her group of friends. We never talked since the day we broke up, until one day after school. I was gonna go back home

when I got dragged to a corner by him. 

'what do you want? 'I asked bluntly.

' to talk.' 

' I don't think we have anything to talk about jonghyun-sshi' 

' look yeonnie I just wanna say-' 

' don't call me that, you don't have the right.' 

' fine, but i just wanna say I'm sorry.'

  ' don't have to, now why don't you go back to your Jessica and leave me alone?' 

' i broke up with her today.' 

' oh what, she caught you making out with another ex?' I scoffed. 

' what?! no, because I found out that that day she had it all planned and that's the reason why I wanna talk. I wanted to tell you that

she planned everything from the start.'

  ' you mean you finally found out?' I rolled my eyes. 

' yea- wait, you knew it already?!' 

' duh I knew it on that day.' 

' and you didn't forgive me?! ' 

' why should I?' K this is getting stupid.

' because you should know that I wasn't cheating on you, and I didn't start it!!' 

' look jonghyun, who started it is not the point, the point is that you didn't reject her when she kissed you, you didn't do anything to

stop her, you didn't ing do anything at all. ' 

' but I did try!' 

' really, you expect me to believe that you tried to stop her when she was on your bed and you were on top of her?' k I know it

sounds awkward but I'm a straightforward person so yeah. 

He stayed quiet and looked down.

' to me, from that point onwards, it didn't look like you tried, it looked like you took the trust that I put in you and threw it down the

drain.' after I said that my eyes stung a little and I knew I was going to burst into tears but I can't so I wanted to walk away but he

grabbed my wrist. 

' let go.' 

' I just want to say that I'm really sorry, I never wanted to hurt you and I did love you.' 

' I loved you too, but after that it just seems meaningless, and that feeling will probably never be felt again, just like how sorry isn't

gonna heal the pain I feel now.' then I shrugged off his hand and ran all the way back to haemin's house without looking back.
