Despite what happened last time, Sunggyu stayed silent regarding the fact that Woohyun seems sick. He decided to stay silent and act as if nothing is bothering him. Woohyun doesn’t seem aware that Sunggyu noticed the changes in his body, which is why he still remains cheerful, just like this day.
Sunggyu was playing on his phone when someone called him, “Gyu hyung.”
He paused the game and turned towards the direction where the voice came and saw Woohyun with a medium-sized cake on his palm. “Why?” he asks in an amused tone, completely ignoring his phone, taking a few steps towards the younger.
“Would you like some? Sorry, I tried my best, but I can’t find a cake that’s sweet as you.” Woohyun’s words made Sunggyu blush; however, they were interrupted by Woohyun’s soft coughs.
“Sorry about that,” Woohyun apologized, “Shall we?” he then led the older to the dining area.
Sunggyu was worried but still followed Woohyun’s tracks.
There was silence but Woohyun suddenly said, “Hey, Gyu. Have I told you before that you’re so gorgeous?”
Sunggyu couldn’t help but smile sheepishly at that, his worry fading slowly.
As days go by, Sunggyu became more comfortable around the mansion – with Woohyun, too – which didn’t get unnoticed by the latter.
Woohyun thought that this is his chance to prove his undying love for Sunggyu, and this time, he’s not planning on failing.
There were times that Woohyun would comment on Sunggyu’s attire, how it suits him so much, and that anything the older wears will suit him perfectly. Sometimes, Woohyun will pop out of nowhere just to remind Sunggyu that he’s “...so beautiful.”
One day, Sunggyu was at the garden reading a book, when Woohyun approached him and placed a flower on the table. It took Woohyun several minutes of waiting until Sunggyu realized his presence which made Woohyun chuckle at the older’s perfect concentration on the book.
“Is that for me?” Sunggyu asked, eyeing the flower.
“No. It’s for Dongwoo.” Woohyun replied sarcastically.
“Oh? Then why are you showing it to me?” the older asked innocently, confusion is evident on his visage.
“I don’t even know if you’re acting or you’re just too oblivious. It’s actually for you, the flower, that is.” Woohyun explained, finding Sunggyu adorable.
“Really? Thank you,” Sunggyu said with a hint of blush on his cheeks as he smells the flower.
“I won’t restrain myself from saying this and I hope you won’t mind but… I love you, I really do.”
Never waste an opportunity to
tell someone you love them.
Woohyun was about to add a greasy line in the end but was stopped by a pair of lips on his.
“I love you too.”

During dinner, Dongwoo and Hoya couldn’t help but notice the extra sweetness of the pair eating with them.
“Hyun, aren’t you eating?” Sunggyu asked as he indulges himself with food.
“No, I don’t quite have the appetite. Besides, seeing you eat happily makes me full already. And the way your cheeks move as you chew is just so–” Woohyun commented but was cut short.
“Seriously, are you two dating or what?” Hoya asked.
The question made Sunggyu choke, asking Woohyun for water by body language.
“I’ll take that as a yes, then.” Hoya chuckled, staring at the couple.

Dongwoo found Hoya at the veranda, staring far off the distance.
“I’m happy for them; I never thought that Sunggyu will fall in love with Woohyun again after what he did.” Hoya uttered when he felt another presence and realized it was Dongwoo.
