It was a sunny afternoon, and Myungsoo, together with Sungyeol, is peacefully walking around the neighborhood when they saw two familiar figures walking towards a car.
Myungsoo was clearly shocked at what he saw, and on the other hand, Sungyeol was really furious.
“They’re together again?!”
“Why did I have to see him now?!”
They both said simultaneously, stopping their steps.
Myungsoo and Sungyeol looked at each other and asked in chorus, “You know the other guy?”
“Well,” Sungyeol started, “we used to date. But I’m not really his priority since he had his eyes on one person only, we – I’m not alone, there were like, four of us or something – are only a mere toy to him. Although I don’t really care, I still didn’t like the idea that he just dumped us like nothing happened. He should have told me personally rather than suddenly disappearing, right?” he said, eyeing the speeding car.
“Yes, an explanation should be presented to you. Even I would do that.” Myungsoo agreed, nodding his head slowly.
“How about you? What is your connection with Nam Woohyun?” Sungyeol asked, completely curious about the past life of the younger.
Myungsoo looked hesitant but still told Sungyeol everything about his high school life with the Almighty Nam Woohyun.
“Oh… So that’s what happened… Now, where are they going?” Sungyeol asked curiously, glancing at Myungsoo. But the other isn’t even paying any attention to him.
“Yah! Are you even listening to me?!” Sungyeol yelled and the younger flinched.
“Yeah, I am. Sorry, I’m just… still guilty with what I’ve done to Sunggyu hyung.” Myungsoo said.
There’s that one person you’ll never get over
no matter how long it’s been.
“It’s okay Myung, just get over it already. Sometimes good people make bad choices, but it doesn’t mean they’re bad. It means they’re humans.”

The ride to the mansion was tranquil. Not a single word was spoken until Woohyun decided to break the silence when he realized that Sunggyu looked nervous.
“Hyung, aren’t you ready to go back?” the younger cautiously asked.
“No, I’m just not sure if this is okay.” The older voiced out his worries.
“It is okay.” Woohyun assured.
Then, there was silence. Mixed with the street sound were Sunggyu’s steady breath and Woohyun’s short one. Sunggyu looked at Woohyun, wondering what was the reason for the latter’s shortness of breath, but his eyes moved to the younger’s stomach and realized that it has somewhat became larger.
“You’ve gotten fat.” Sunggyu humored, earning a chuckle from the other.
“I didn’t.” Woohyun denied.
“Whatever.” Sunggyu whispered, liking the fact that he can joke with Woohyun now.
“Hey, you dated a guy named Sungyeol in the past right?” Sunggyu suddenly asked.
“You don’t have to remind me that. Drop it.” Woohyun ordered but Sunggyu didn
