Two Meetings.JI✭: Ugh. Good experience eating traditional Canadian food, but I got to admit, it doesn’t suit my taste. So many things I haven’t ever tried before in my life. Okay, some of it was just too adventurous for my liking, and I passed on it. Some of it I ate once, and will never eat again, but hey, at least I tried it.
JI✭: Can’t say that it was as pleasurable an experience as Niagara Falls, because hey, Niagara Falls!! :> But worthwhile nonetheless, and probably somewhat enhances the experiece of being in Canada nonetheless. No regrets either ^^
JI✭: Since when were did oppa go gaga over architecture? :P

kyu♣: In my defence. I seldom go gaga about architecture, but that’s probably a result of living in Korea, where there really isn’t that much architecture to go gaga over. Hasty generalization, I will concede, but there is some degree of truth to that.
kyu♣: The architecture here in Nuremberg is simply breathtaking. It’s quite a pity that the state government (or whoever’s in charge, I don’t know) can’t afford to preserve the World War II ruins. We visited the Zepplin field! Which is like a huge national stadium or something of that sort. And stood where Hitler stood where he delivered his televised speeches :P
kyu♣: And what I think was their Congress Hall. I don’t remember the exact name either. Uncompleted structure though. It’s huge, and the government doesn’t know what to do with it ‘cause it’s neither here nor there.
kyu♣: When Hitler’s trying to demonstrate his economic and political might by unveiling an extremely ambitious new structure or building every year, you would think that the architecture is gorgeous, no?
kyu♣: The old town is virtually untouched too! Some parts are inaccessible by foot, ‘cause it’s paved with cobblestone. We went to the Nuremberg castle too. It really is quite a castle. The old town architecture (as well as its churches) have their antique charm.
kyu♣: PS: This is the first and last time you will see Kyuhyun swooning over architecture. And this is limited to Nuremberg when I’m in Germany.

JI✭: Kyuhyun oppa. You are really making me want to go to Germany.
JI✭: Fine, maybe I can understand why you are swooning over the architecture there. It sounds wonderful, it really does. Maybe I’ll go on holiday there one day. Perhaps, one day :>
JI✭: This will sound excessively random, but I went to the Toronto Public Library! ^^ Again, I know this sounds ridiculous since what can be so good about a library. But it’s nice, waterfall, pool, very nice building. Pity that most of the books are in English, and my understanding of English is at best rudimentary. Or maybe, conversational.
JI✭: I also went to High Park. Nice park in the city, near a lake. Liked the afternoon getaway there too.
JI✭: I know, I really should be studying right. But maybe we’re running off Casa Loma (a castle!) this weekend :x Or perhaps we’ll go shopping or something. I’ve still got to get oppa a souvenir from Canada. Don’t know what represents my experience here very adequately though.
