We arrived at the place where he first confessed to me. It was near a beach. There were no people in the beach.

There was a lighthouse a few miles away. I can hear the waves and the air against me. We were walking on the 

seashore. 

I asked him "What are we doing here?"

He didn't answer. Instead he continued to walk. I followed his lead. We arrived in a place where there were 

a lot of candles. I continued to follow him. While there were candles, there were a lot of questions in my mind

like why are there candles here? What is the occasion? Why are we here? What is the meaning of this?

I saw a long table near a bungalow. Zayn sighed before he turned his back to look at me. When he looked at me,

I looked at his eyes directly. His eyes are telling me something. He took a deep breath

"Jessy, you finally forgot what date today"

I got my phone from my pocket and looked at my phone. Today is August 16

"It's your birthday" Zayn smiled

I looked at him "I can't believe that I forgot my birthday"

"Because you had a lot of things on your mind lately"

"Yeah, I think I need some rest"

"Jessy..." he took a deep breath

He continued "I already asked your parent's permission about this...and they were indeed supportive about

this..."

"About what?" I asked

"Jessy, will you be my other half?"

It left me speechless when he said those words

"Zayn, I've been waiting for this. I really love you when I was still a big fan of yours and that feeling will never

fade away. I can't believe you're asking me to be your girlfriend. It feels just like a dream..." a tear fell

from my eyes "Yes, Zayn"

Zayn walked towards me and pulled me for a hug. He kissed my forehead. When we let go of ourselves,

I saw my mom, dad, Eleanor with Louis, Henry, Jefferson, Megan with Niall, Danielle with Liam, Charlotte with

Harry. I cried when I saw them coming out from the bungalow. They were all giving me their smiles. They were

all happy. When I looked at Louis, he gave me his smile. The smile that I kept receiving from him whenever I told

him I love him. I can look in his eyes that he's happy with Eleanor. They all went towards me and gave me 

a hug. Louis was the last one to hug me. We hugged each other.

"You're still the same" he said

"You too"

"Congratulations by the way" 

"Thanks" I smiled at him

Megan went towards me with Niall

"You never told me Niall that you ended up with her" I squinted my eyes on him

"How can I tell you if you changed your number?" Niall said

"Yeah" Megan nodded

"Whatever guys" I smiled at them

We had a celebration near the beach. Now I know what's the purpose of this long table. I never expected this to 

happen. This is my happiest birthday ever! Zayn brought the cake and they all sang Happy Birthday to me. I made

a wish and blew the candles. They invited a DJ which is a close friend of Harry. While they were having fun, I walked

near the beach. I let my foot touched the water. 

"Are you having fun?" a voice from behind said

I looked behind and saw mom. She stood beside me 

"Yes mom. This is my happiest birthday ever"

"I know. When Zayn asked for permission to ask you to be his girlfriend, I didn't have second thoughts. I know

that you really love Zayn from the start"

I looked at my mom "Mom, you never know how happy I am today"

She smiled at me and pulled me closer to her "It's good to hear that you're really happy right now. I hope your

relationship would last long. I really want Zayn for you. I can see that he's a loving and good guy"

I hugged my mom tightly "I love you, mom"

"I love you too"

After the celebration, they all went home. Zayn and I decided to stay longer in the beach. We stayed on the sand

and looked at the stars.

"Have you remembered the day when we looked at the stars together?" Zayn asked still looking at the stars

"Yes. We saw a shooting star together" I said still looking at the stars

"Do you know what I wish for when I saw that shooting star?" he looked at me

I looked at him "No"

"I wish that someday, you'll be mine"

I smiled at him "Crazy"

"Yeah, it's true. I know I acted like I don't care about you while we were having a sleepover at Louis' house 

but to be honest, I'm dying to talk to you"

"I was waiting for you to talk to me"

"I can't talk to you because Louis' attached to you"

"But now, I'm yours. You can have me anytime you want"

"Really?" he smirked

He pulled me closer to him. We both stare at each other for too long. He leaned closer to me and closed his eyes.

I closed my eyes and our lips touched. We kissed passionately. This is the first kiss we had. It went so well. 

After we kissed, we smiled at each other.

The next day, I received a call from Zayn. I answered the call

"Good Morning my princess" 

"Good Morning my prince"

"Have you eaten your breakfast?"

"Not yet"

"You eat now your breakfast"

"Okay. After you hang up the phone"

"We're in our photoshoot right now. I'll be there after this, okay?"

"Okay"

"I love you"

"I love you too"

Then we hang up. I went downstairs and saw Henry watching the television alone. I asked him 

"Where's Jefferson and Megan?"

"Megan has photoshoot for her advertisment. Jefferson's on his work"

"You don't have work today?" 

"Nope. Eat your breakfast"

I nodded and went to the dining room. After eating my breakfast, I took a shower and changed for clothes. 

Zayn texted me that he's on his way going here to my house. When I went downstairs, Zayn was talking

with Henry. Zayn stood up when he saw me. 

"I think we'll go now" Zayn told Henry

"Okay. Take care guys!" Henry said

We hopped inside the car. Zayn started to drive

"Where are we going?" I looked at him

"We're going to watch movie"

"I heard you will be having a movie"

"Yes. It would be next year"

I nodded

When we arrived at the mall, there were a lot of people staring at us. Zayn got my hands and we walked 

together. I know a lot of people have been wondering about us. They started to get pictures from us while

we we're buying tickets for the movie. We watched The Mortal Instruments: The City of Bones. Zayn knows

that I love this book series because I've been reading it while I was having my work three years ago. After 

we watched the movie, a lot of reporters asked Zayn if we have a relationship. Zayn answered all their 

questions.

"Jessy is my girlfriend and I'm happy to have her. I really love her"

"How about Louis? Does Louis know about this?"

"Yes, Louis knows about this. He was happy for us. We all know that Louis' now happy with Eleanor

so there's no need to worry about"

After Zayn said those words, we walked away. When we went inside the car, Zayn took a deep breath

"I'm sorry about a while ago"

I looked at him and touched his hands "Zayn, don't worry about me. I'm used to it"

He looked at me "Are you ready to face the bashers?"

"I'm always ready, Zayn. If they need my answers to my questions, I'll answer them"

"I'm always here beside you. I will never leave you. Let's face them together"

I nodded

We were invited for an interview. Zayn and I were getting ready in the backstage. It was the same show

where Louis and I first got interviewed about our relationship and it really sounds awkward for me to be 

in this show again having the same issue but now with Louis' best friend. The show started and we sat on

the couch across the interviewer. 

"It's been awhile Jessy" the male host smiled

"Yeah" I smiled at him

"So, let's first talk about the break-up you had with Louis since we want to clarify on something...Is it

okay with you, Zayn?"

"Yeah" Zayn nodded

"We heard that you, Jessy saw Louis and your stepsister Eleanor kissing at each other. Is it true?"

I paused for a while and said "Yes"

"Louis cheated on you?"

"Actually he didn't. He was in deep pain at that time because his grandma died and I was far away

with him at that time He called me because he needs me beside him. I was trying my best to be

there for him. I came during the burial and I was really late that's the time I saw him kissing Eleanor"

"Why did he do that to you?"

"He said he didn't mean to hurt me. Well, Eleanor was the one who's there for him at that time..."

"Have you already forgive them?"

"Yes. I already forgive them. We are good friends with Louis"

"Zayn, does Louis knows that you are now together with his ex girlfriend?"

"He was actually there when I asked Jessy to be my girlfriend"

"He's not angry with you?"

"No. He's now happy with Eleanor. He told me that he's really happy for us"

"That's good to hear because a lot of Directioners are worried that you guys will have a fight

because of this"

"No" Zayn laughed

"How did you two meet?" 

"When I was young, I had my first love. She's the girl who can give me sparks and butterflies in my 

stomach. I have a picture of her when we were young. I kept it inside a box. When I saw Jessy, only her

can give me sparks and butterflies in my stomach. I've been wondering why I'm experiencing this because 

only one girl can make me feel like this...That's when I knew that she was the girl who gave me sparks

and butterflies in my stomach when I was young. She's my first love"

"I love your story. It's like a fairytale. You too are definitely destined for each other"

"She's my first girlfriend ever"

"You are so lucky, Jessy to have Zayn"

"I was also looking for that boy when I met when I was young. I never knew that it was Zayn. When I knew

that boy was Zayn, I finally said to myself 'I finally found him' he was also my first love"

"You're one of the cutest couple I've ever seen"

After the interwiew, a lot of people wanted to take a picture of us together. A lot of people were also 

inspired of our love story. There was one writer from the Hollywood asked us if it's okay for us that 

he will make a movie about our love story. We didn't have second thoughts and directly said yes. I'm 

happy and contented of what I have right now.
