I woke up early in the morning and ate my breakfast. I need to be ready for my first day on working as a dancer and also a fashion 

designer. After I ate, I got my bag and papers from the living room

"It's your first day today, right?" Henry asked

"Yes" I looked at him

Henry walked from the dining room to the living room

"Good Luck!" he smiled at me

I took a deep breath "Thanks"

"You should go now, you shouldn't be late on your first day" my mom said

"I'll send you since it's your first day" Henry gave me a smirk

"Thanks. Bye mom!"

"Bye!" my mom waved at me

We hopped inside the car. I was really shaking 

"What are those papers?" Henry asked while driving

"Oh.. this, this are my designs for our theme"

"What's your theme?" he asked

"Retro. I'm afraid that they won't like it" I looked at him

"At least you tried you're best. May I see?"

I gave him the papers

"It's nice. They will like it" he smiled and gave back the papers

I took a deep breath "I hope so"

When we arrived in front of the building, I was still shaking

"Go inside now" Henry said

I looked at him and nodded

"You can do it!" he smiled

I sighed and smiled back at him. I went outside the car and took a few steps in entering the buidling. I took a deep breath "You can do 

this" I nodded and went to the elevator. I went inside the elevator and saw Liam.

"Jessy!" Liam smiled at me

I looked at him "Liam"

"It's your first day on work today right?" he asked

I nodded and smiled at him

"Good Luck!" 

"Thanks"

"What are those papers?" he asked

"It's my designs"

He got the papers and looked at it "It's beautiful. Retro would be your theme?"

I nodded

He gave back the papers "Where are you going by the way?"

"I need to go to Director Brian"

"Let's go together! I need to go to him also"

I nodded

We went outside the elevator and started to walk in the hallway

"Where is Director Brian by the way?" I asked him

"He's at the studio"

"Studio?"

Liam nodded "He's there to teach the dancers"

I sighed

"We're here" Liam said and opened the door

"Hello Brian!" Liam greeted Brian

Brian was wearing a practice suit and all the dancers. They were doing stretchings when we got inside the studio

"Jessy! You're here! Change now. We'll be starting in a few minutes" Brian said

I went towards him "Here are the designs"

He got the papers "Good" and he placed the papers on the table

"Where are the boys?" Liam asked Brian

"They are practicing in the other studio" Brian said

Liam nodded "Thanks"

Liam went outside the studio. I went to the comfort room and changed clothes. I went back inside the studio and placed my 

bag in the corner. I was doing some stretchings. Two girls went towards me 

"Are you Jessy Lauren? Louis' girlfriend?" she asked

I looked at her and nodded

"Okay" she looked at me and went away

"I'll go back to my office, I left the CD" Brian stood up and went away

A girl with a curly hair and a tan skintone went beside me "I'm Danielle Peazer" she said as she offered her hand

I got her hand "Jessy Lauren" and we shook hands

We let go of our hands. I took a deep breath

"Are you nervous?" she asked

"Yes"

"That's okay. It's your first day today, right?" 

I nodded

"The first time I saw you dancing was on the internet. You danced great! Have you been into dancing lessons before?"

"When I was young, I really like dancing. When I was 12 years old, I attended some lessons of ballroom dancing. I stopped 

ballroom dancing when I was 15 years old due to my studies. My friends taught me pop jazz and hiphop. So, I have a little

background of it. And when I was 16 years old, I attended fire dancing and ballet"

"Woah! It seems like you know all the dances" she smiled

"Not really" I smiled at her

"No wonder why you danced really great on the video"

I smiled at her

"You are Louis' girlfriend, right?" she asked

I nodded

"You're lucky. You know, a lot of girls here like Louis and when they knew that Louis is now taken, they were really sad about it.

And when they knew that Jessy Lauren which is Louis' girlfriend will be a part of the dancers, they were bursting out. You should

be careful" she lowered down her voice

"Two girls asked me a while ago if I'm Jessy"

"They're making sure if you are Louis' girlfriend"

"It's my first time here and I already have haters"

She tapped my shoulders "Don't worry, I can be your friend" and smiled at me

"Thanks" I smiled at her

"I can protect you from them since I know them all"

"Thanks. By the way, you don't like Louis?"

 "I like him but I like Liam more" he smiled

I gave her a smile "I can tell that to him. Liam and I are friends"

"No!" she said

"Okay... I'll just introduce you to him"

"No"

"Why?"

"I'm shy. I know I'll be shaking and I'll be speechless in front of him"

"That's what I also did when I first met them. Don't worry, I'm here" I gave her a smile

She sighed 

"We don't know, this would be the start of your friendship"

She sighed again "Okay" 

I smiled at her "Let's go to the studio after practice since I will be checking on Louis"

"Ohh... how sweet"

Brian went inside the studio and clapped his hands "Let's start now!"

While we were pratcing, a girl blocked my way and I ended up on the floor. They all stopped and Danielle ran towards me

"Are you okay?" she asked

Brian went towards me "Are you okay?"

I looked at them "Yeah... I'm fine"

Danielle helped in standing up

Brian exclaimed "Back to practice!"

"Are you sure that you're okay?" Danielle asked

"Yes" I looked at her 

"Thanks " I smiled at her

After our practice, Danielle and I changed clothes. After we changed clothes, we went to the studio where the boys were 

practicing. Danielle and I exchanged numbers while walking in the hallway. When we arrived at the studio, we went inside 

and took a seat. They were practicing on the song Little Things.

"OMG! I so love that song"

"Me too. Louis once sang that song for me"

Danielle looked at me "Really?!"

I looked at her and nodded

"How sweet!" 

We went back watching at their rehearsals. I texted Louis that I was seating at the audience seats. When I sent it to him, he 

got his phone from his pocket and looked for me. I raised my hand and he smiled at me. After they had their rehearsals, 

Danielle and I went towards them on the stage. 

"Jessy, I'm getting nervous" Danielle whispered

I looked at her and smiled "It will be fine"

We went to the stage where they were seating down. I went to Louis

"Are you already done practicing?" he asked

I nodded "I have a new friend"

I went to Danielle and grabbed her hand 

"This is Danielle Peazer"

"Hi" Danielle said to Louis

"Hi" Louis smiled at her

Liam went towards us. I went to Liam and grabbed his hand 

"Liam, this is Danielle. Danielle, this is Liam"

"Hi" Liam said as he offered his hand

Danielle looked surprised and she looked at me

I squinted my eyes telling her to shake hands with him

"Ohh.." Danielle said as she got Liam's hand

After they shook hands, we had a talk for a while. After we had a talk, they went back to practice.

"You'll be going home now?" Louis asked me

"Yes" I said

"Take care, okay?" 

I nodded and smiled at him

He kissed my cheek and we went outside. When Danielle and I went outside the studio, Danielle was smiling like an idiot. I looked

at her curiously. 

"What's wrong with you?" I asked her

She placed her hands on her cheek "His hands... it's soft"

I laughed and looked away. We walked going to the elevator. Danielle grabbed my hand. I looked at her

"Jessy, thank you so much!" she said and gave me a tight hug

"Dan..ielle, I...ca...n't brea...th"

Danielle let go of me "Sorry. I'm just so happy" she smiled at me

"It's good to hear. Do you want his number?"

"No... I want that he'll be the one to ask my number" she gave me a smirk

"Okay" I smiled at her and we continued walking going to the elevator

We went inside the elevator

"Why won't we go to the mall?" Danielle looked at me

I looked at her

"I'll treat you since you made me happy today"

"Ummm...." I looked down

"Please?" Danielle begged

I looked at her "Okay"

"Yes! Thanks" Danielle smiled

We took a taxicab in going to the mall. When we arrived at the mall, we decided to go to a coffee shop. We looked for a table

and sat on the chairs. We took our orders. While we were waiting for our orders, I saw my mom going inside the coffee shop.

I covered my face with the menu book

"What's wrong with you Jessy?" Danielle asked

"Shhhh" I told her

Danielle started looking at the people inside the coffee shop "Louis is not here"

"It's not Louis, it's my mom" I looked at her and I covered my face again with the menu book

Danielle looked at my mom "Is that your mom?"

I looked at my mom "Yes"

"Umm... excuse me, we need to get the menu book" the waiter said

I looked at the waiter "Do you really need to get it now?"

"No, I need it tomorrow" the waiter sounds sarcastically

I pouted and gave him the menu book

"Your mom is with a guy!" Danielle looked at me

"Where?" I asked Danielle

"There... beside the door"

"Is that your dad?" she looked at me

"No!" I was surprised on what I saw. My mom is now dating a new guy

"Then, who is he?" she asked

"I don't know"

"Your dad will really get mad" 

"I don't have dad anymore" I looked at Danielle

"Sorry" she said

"It's okay. They got separated when I was young"

Danielle nodded

The waiter served our orders and we started to eat. I can see that mom is really happy with that guy. 

"Are you going to show up with your mom?" Danielle asked

"No. I'll just ask her when I got home"

After we had some chill in the coffee shop, we decided to go home

"I'll see you tomorrow Jessy. Bye!" Danielle said as she took the taxicab

"Bye!" I waved at her

I took a taxicab going home. I was really thinking about what I saw a while ago in the coffee shop. Why mom didn't tell me about

this? Does Henry know about this? A lot of questions came out from my mind. When I arrived home, I went inside the room and

changed clothes. After I changed clothes, a knock I heard from my door. The door opened and I saw my mom. She sat beside

me on the bed.

"How was your first day?" she asked

"It was fine. I met new friend" I didn't look at her instead I opened my laptop

"You work wasn't tough?" 

"No"

"Your foot got swollen. What happened to that?" she looked at my foot

I looked at my foot "No, it's fine"

"Are you sure it's fine? It's getting red"

"Yes, it's fine. It's nothing" I opened my twitter account

"Is there something wrong?" my mom asked

"Maybe I'm the one who should ask that to you"

"What? I don't understand you"

"Mom, can you tell me something I don't know?" I looked at her

"What?"

"Mom, stop hiding it. I saw you a while ago in the coffee shop and you were with a guy. Mom, I won't get mad at you seeing with

that guy if you just tell me about it"

"I met that guy the other day. I met him at the grocery store when I was buying groceries. And we met again a while ago"

I nodded "Who's that guy then?"

"He's John Calder"

"Is there something between the two of you guys?" I asked my mom

"No. We're just friends"

I stood up and walked. When I walked, I can feel there's pain in my right ankle then I stumbled down. My mom hurriedly went to me

"Are you okay?"

"My right ankle hurts" 

"Let's go to the hospital"

"Good Evening!" we heard a voice from the living room

"Who's that?" I asked my mom

"Wait. Don't get up okay? I'll be back" my mom stood up and went to the living room

I sighed and the door opened. I saw Zayn and he carried me 

"Why are you here?" I asked him

"Are you okay?" he asked

"My right ankle hurts"

"Zayn, let's send her to the hospital" my mom said

"Okay" Zayn carried me going to his car

My mom went inside Zayn's car and we went to the hospital. We arrived at the hospital where Henry was working. Zayn placed me 

on a bed. Henry went towards me.

"What happened?"

"Her right ankle hurts" Zayn said

"You can wait outside. I'll just call the doctor" Henry said

Zayn and my mom waited outside. The doctor looked at my right ankle.

"Is it hurt?" he said as he was turning my feet side to side

"Awww! Yes" I said

"You sprained your ankle"

"What?"

"Yes and you need one or two weeks to take a rest"

"Does it mean I can't dance for one or two weeks?" I asked the doctor

"Yes. You can walk a little to exercise your feet but not that too much"

I sighed. The doctor went away and Henry went inside 

"What's wrong?"

"I sprained my ankle and I need one to two weeks to take a rest. And I can't dance"

He sighed "I'll call mom and Zayn"

I nodded

My mom and Zayn went inside the room

"You sprained your ankle? Does it mean you can't go to work?" my mom asked

"She can still go to work" Zayn said

We looked at Zayn

"She's also a fashion designer, right?" Zayn said

"Yeah" I said

"I hope you'll get better soon" my mom said

I smiled at her

"I'll buy a coffee. I'll be back" my mom said and went away

"Why did you go to our house a while ago?" I asked Zayn

"Louis told me to give you Mcdonalds" 

"Hmm.. that guy" I smiled

Zayn looked down

"Thank you for helping by the way" I looked at her

"Why did you sprain your ankle?" he asked

"While we were practicing a while ago, a girl blocked my way. I thought that was nothing so I didn't mind it. When I got home, my foot

started to get swollen"

"Next time, you should take care of yourself" Zayn said

I smiled at him

The door opened and we saw Louis. Louis went towards me hurriedly

"Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Louis asked

"Louis, I'm fine" I smiled at her

"You sprained your ankle?" he asked

I nodded

Zayn stepped back and went outside the room

Louis sighed 

"I need to take a rest one to two weeks"

"And you can't dance?"

I nodded "But I can still work since I'm also a fashion designer"

"Yeah" 

Louis gave me a warm hug "Get well soon"

"I will"

"I love you" he said as he let go of me

"I love you too"
