In hospital

Jongin and their parents is waiting in front emergency room. Kim Jongin cried.

A doctor has come out from the emergency room. The doctor told their parent they had to donate their blood.

Doctor looks serious but calm “Mr and Mrs Kim your son needs your blood donation for another surgery, We lack this type of blood in this hospital.

Mr. Kim shocked and look nervous “No, we can’t donate.”

Kim Jongin shocked “Dad and mom why? "Doctor, takes my blood instead!”

Mr. Kim put his hand on Jongin shoulder “No, we can’t Jongin! Kyungsoo not your real brother!” We are not having same blood type with Kyungsoo. I need call his real mom to donate blood.”

Jongin shocked and fainted.

Kyungsoo is awake from his coma after 2 days. Jongin beside him.

Kim Jongin cried “Kyungsoo hyung.. I am sorry. I should not let you go home alone. It’s my fault.”

Kim Kyungsoo still weak and just smile “Jongin ahh, it’s not your fault.”

Kim Jongin cried “ I’m promise I never leave you anymore. I will always stick together with you. I will protect you forever.

” Kim Kyungsoo smile and take Jongin body to lying beside him on the bed “Idiot, your girlfriend will angry. She will hate me if we always stick together. “So ? Who is she?”

Kim Jongin smile “Ermm...he has heart shaped lips with pretty smile, he has doe eyes, cute like a penguin and sometimes I don’t know what he’s thinking when he’s showing his poker face. But most important he can cook for me anytime whenever I feel hungry take care me when I’m sick, and he always makes me worries, he’s so clumsy can’t ride bikes well and that make him into an accident.”

Kim Kyungsoo smack Jongin “Yahhh, that’s me. Are you teasing me? I’m your brother.”

Kim Jongin scream in pain “Auwwww hyung…haha.”

“When you’re with me, you seem so comfortable, You keep playing jokes on me
Every time you smile your white smile, Is your heart a yes or no?Give me a sign, X or O?”

The next day in hospital, Mr Kim and Mrs Kim into the room and they bring Taemin and his mom. Kai shocked.

Mr.Kim looks serious “ Kyungsoo, we need to tell you something a secret that you must know.Your real parents.”

Kim Jongin angry “Mom and Dad! Please…don’t tell him…! Please don’t!”

“Mr Kim, I want to take my real son back. You and your family already paid your debt. You gave my son Doh Kyungsoo living a wealthy life almost 16 years , Your family gives him everything that I can’t afford to. That accident… I’m already forgiven you. Take your son, Kim Taemin back. He is belonging to your family. He is Kim, not Doh.” Say Mrs.Doh

Kim Jongin’s screaming at Taemin and his parents. “No…he is not my real brother!! My real brother is Kyungsoo. Mrs. Doh. Please, I’m begging you, please don’t take Kyungsoo hyung from me!” his knees in front Mrs Doh.

Kyungsoo still shocked and cried “Jongin aahh… I’m sorry. I’m sorry I’m not your real brother. But I never leave you and please don’t leave me too.”

Jongin cried  "I'm promise i never leave you too".

Doh Kyungsoo and Kim Jongin hugged and cried together.

That night at Kim’s house

“Please, honey, we can’t stay here anymore. Let’s move to Japan. Let’s bring Kim Jongin and Kim Taemin. Let move there and forget everything here.

After 3 days in hospital,

Kyungsoo looks sad.

Doh Kyungsoo looks sad and ask his mom “Mom, why Kim family not visit me in hospital. I‘m waiting them. I miss them so much. Especially Jongin. I miss Jongin so much. I want to go back my home.I mean I want go to Kim’s house.”

Mrs. Doh cried “Kyungsoo, I’m sorry. They’re not coming anymore. They’re not living here anymore. They move abroad. They left us.”

Kyungsoo shocked “Please don’t lie me. I will die mom. Jongin… he makes promises never leave me!” Kyungsoo cried.

Mrs Doh bring Kyungsoo in Mrs Kim house. No Kim’s family at their house. A new family moves there.

Doh Kyungsoo cried “Mom, dad, Jongin… why you left me. "Jongin aah, why you have broken your promise.”

Mrs Doh hugged his son and cried “Kyungsoo, we will move to another place as well. A new place far from here. Let forget all memories here. Let live a new life.Let forget them.

“Kyungsoo hugged back and cried “Mom, my heart 's hurt.”

Jongin,
