On time, there's just never enoughSakura drags her suitcases swiftly into the warmly lighted interior. She mentally curses as her eyes graze the short flight of steps before her, an annoying fact given the amount she has on her. That disappointment didn’t last long when her gaze lands on a white marbled desk perched at the top of the steps. Right in the corner of her eye, a bright smile catches her attention.
That beautiful smile is befitting of the owner’s face. Sakura’s eyes trace the long raven hair flowing down the girl’s shoulders as they follow the contours of the girl’s right cheek. The left side is tucked behind her ear, revealing a sparkly diamond that however apparent under the warm house lights, cannot stop Sakaru from being drawn to the dark orbs staring right back at her. Suddenly, the door beside her starts beeping, breaking Sakura’s admiration.
“Close, close.” She hears from the lady who is now walking towards her. Inferring from the lady’s gesture and Sakura’s minimal English knowledge, Sakura shuffles away and closes the door behind her.
“Security.” The lady says and Sakura nods in response, putting pieces together.
“Come up.” The lady adds, now heading towards one of Sakura’s huge suitcases. Sakura’s inner Japanese driven manners awakens as she hurriedly and politely indicates through gestures that she will help herself. The lady casually waves her away with her white pearly smile and with Sakura’s worn out body, she cannot refuse any further. Together they heave the suitcases up the short flight of stairs and rest them neatly against the corner of the white marbled desk.
