Donghae was sitting on the couch in the living room looking on the floor with his thoughts flying so far away. Where is Sungmin
hyung? It wouldn't matter to him right now whether Cho Kyuhyun chose his hyung but he wants his brother by his side. He can
find another Cho Kyuhyun or probably ten of him but he only have one brother and he wouldn't want to lose him in this lifetime.

His thoughts were cut when he heard the door lock being twisted. He stood up. Sungmin is back. Or so he thought.

He smiled and walked towards the door. He's going to welcome his brother. Tell him that he has forgiven his hyung and that he's
sorry about everything he said to him.

"Sung-" he was surprised, he smile slightly disappeared. "Kyuhyun ah..."

Kyuhyun smiled at him gently, stepped forward and wrapped him in an embrace.

There no one else like Kyuhyun. He thought. His warm embrace is irreplaceable and his presence in Donghae's life is one and
only. He took back the words he said about getting ten more Kyuhyun. But that was beside the point. Where is Sungmin hyung?

"I'm sorry, Donghae ah..." Kyuhyun said. His voice low and soft and the younger Lee felt his utmost sincerity. Kyuhyun
straighten up and looked at him in his transparent eyes.

"I'm going to make it up to you. Someday, I hope I can heal the pain that we have caused you." he said and then he kissed
Donghae's forehead.

Donghae kept his thoughts to himself. Where is Sungmin hyung? That's the only thing he can hear himself saying.

Kyuhyun took his bag and went inside the Lee house. "If you don't mind. I'd like to stay here with you." he said making Donghae
turn to him. "I'd like to accompany you from now on. Take care of you like and be with you." he said with an insecure smile. He
has hurt Donghae a lot. Of course, being kicked out by him is also possible.

If they were still like how they were before, he might have jumped on Kyuhyun and kiss his lips on the spot but things are not
the same anymore. On the other side of his brain, Kyuhyun might still know where Sungmin is and maybe he can still lead the
younger Lee to his brother. On the other side, he's been alone in this house and it really kills him.
He walked towards Kyuhyun and wrapped his arms around the younger's waist. Kyuhyun smiled a bit and looked up. Sungmin ah... I
can do this.

That night, he stayed inside Sungmin's room. He looked down and suddenly remembered to take his bag and took out the letter the
older man left for him.

----------POV before they ranaway-----------

Sungmin took his time to write a letter.

Donghae ah...

I'm sorry about everything.

He then crumpled it and took another piece of paper and started writing.

Kyuhyun ah...

You're mad at me, right? I ran away with you and still I left you like this.
I'm sorry. I spent the rest of the days we are together being selfish.
I listed everything I would want to do with you and decided to leave once
I've done everything. I took the opportunity of running away with you
because for once I want to know we are real. I'm really sorry.

I have no regrets running away with you.
You are the best decision I've ever had and I will never regret being hated
by Donghae because I took you away from him. However, Donghae is the one and
only promise I need to live up for myself. Right now, he hates me more than
anything so please take care of him for me.

If you come across my letter, I hope you'll stay with Donghae and look after
him. He's a person who doesn't like being alone, he'll be depressed being
alone for a long time. Accompany him whenever he is eating, he doesn't have
the appetite whenever he eats alone. Let him sleep beside you when he wants to.
He's such a little boy. At his age, he would still snuggle and would want to
be cuddled to sleep. Help me do it for him.

After he read it, Kyuhyun realised that Sungmin agreed to run away with him to make his own memories. He let Kyuhyun be happy
for a while as he did the same. At some point, he felt like he was taken for granted by Sungmin but it easily disappear from
his mind because he knows how his most beloved lover suffer from Donghae's bashing and probably the harsh of fate bestowed
upon them. He's not upset, but he is quite sad because Sungmin is not by his side anymore.

--------------------POV after their last day together------------------

Kyuhyun looked around the room they shared the next morning, hoping Sungmin left something behind aside from the letter. There
was none. Sungmin didn't leave anything. He has really decided to let Kyuhyun forget about everything. He sighed and looked up.

"You didn't even let me send you off." he thought.

Kyuhyun sighed after putting back the letter. He sighed heavily after reading. Although se likes the last part where Sungmin
admitted how much he loves the young man. Indeed, he never said I love you enough and even if he can feel it, at times words
can still be more powerful and in this letter those words are the most powerful, heart melting words written.

He took his bag again and placed the letter back. He was about to zip it close when he noticed something. He crossed his brows
shortly and took it.

Why is the camera that he gave to Sungmin inside his bag? Is it really possible that the older wants to forget everything? He
the small gadget and review the pictures. There was none. He put it down. How can Sungmin do it? Even the
slightest memories, he deleted it. He blew negative air and open the SD slot. Maybe he can still recover it.

Suddenly...

"Sungmin ah..." he said letting a tear drop on the screen of the camera. The memory card is not there. Sungmin must have took
it with him when he left. He smiled a bit. He took his bag again and opened it, this time he saw a small note sticked
on the camera but fell down and he probably didn't notice.

In case your primitive mind won't discover it. I have something for you in a secret folder.

Kyuhyun hurriedly turned the camera on and look for a folder. He saw a video recorded on the date of their last day together.
He played it.

"Kyuhyun ah!" Sungmin said in the video, sitting in front of probably the grand piano. Kyuhyun noticed the old ambiance of the
attic. Sungmin looked down smiling and rubbing his hands on his lap. "I'm quite nervous. I never tried giving you anything." he
said and bit his lips for a while. He sighed then and looked at the lens of the camera.

"You'll probably see this after I left." he blow airs again and smiled gently. "I made a song for you. Surprised?" he looked
down looking shy. "I've done this right after we started...going out."
He looked at the lens once again. "Kyuhyun ah... I promise in the next life to be with you. So when we meet at that time...
I'll be yours and will never let you go." he smiled and blew again. He straightened up and stretched his arms a bit.

He looked at the piano and started playing. Eyes closed, he felt the music within his heart. Kyuhyun's tears started coming up
as he sees his former lover so engross and beautiful even in the small screen.

Sungmin stopped and his lips shortly. He smiled and pressed the keys once again.

Sungmin has stopped playing and he is still looking down. He touched his nose slightly to prevent the sound of sniffing before
looking at the lens.

"You like it?" he asked. "I know I ask both of us to forget about everything... but" he bit his lips shortly and looked again.
"I want you to keep this." he smiled again. "Thank you for appearing in my life. You're the best memory I will ever have."

"Kyuhyun ah..." he called while looking down.

Kyuhyun expected to hear an I love you. If he does... he'll jump out of the bed and will immediately find any desperate way to
locate the older guy but...

"goodbye."

The video was already cut and Kyuhyun closed his eyes and sigh. He kept the camera and stood up and walked out of the room.

"Kyuhyun ah..." Donghae said sleepily. Kyuhyun walked towards the younger Lee who suddenly woke up when he opened the door.

"I cannot sleep in his room." he said. With that, Donghae immediately move to the other side of the bed and let Kyuhyun lie
down beside him, the younger snuggled closer and made sure he is curled up beside Donghae.

Donghae suddenly remember his hyung tugging him to sleep when Kyuhyun did the same to him like that of a child. The younger
wrapped his arm around Donghae's chest and looked very far while listening to the younger Lee's heartbeat. Steady. Unlike
Sungmin's, Donghae's heart doesn't seem to have any worries at all. The sound was too calming that he immediately fell asleep.

Donghae looked at Kyuhyun. His arm around the young man's shoulder, its already feeling  numb because of the younger's weight
on him. Is this how Sungmin hyung feels whenever I do this? It seems like his hyung has been loving the numb feeling whenever
Donghae does it to Sungmin but Donghae doesn't. He doesn't like his arm feeling the coldness due to lack of blood. He took away his
arm around Kyuhyun and turned his back on him.

The next day, Donghae wake up and saw Kyuhyun wearing his Hyung's pink apron while cooking his famous spicy noodles. He smiled
at Donghae.

"let's eat." he said.

Donghae never felt this awkward towards Kyuhyun. If they were like before, he is sure to hug the younger man and reward him
with a kiss but right now...it feels like Kyuhyun is living and serving him the way Sungmin does to his own brother. Because of
this, the more he misses his hyung.

Kyuhyun seems to be trying hard to take care of him the way his hyung does but compare to his hyung, Sungmin's concern comes
in so naturally that he cannot get used to seeing Kyuhyun doing it to him especially when he knows that the young man is just as
childish as him...or maybe even more.

"Kyuhyun ah..." he called.

"Yah...graduation is just around the corner. Are you excited?" Kyuhyun suddenly asked. He knows Donghae feels weird with how he
is acting but it is the only way he can take care of the younger Lee and living up to the promise he made for the older Lee.

Donghae just smiled. He was excited for the graduation...because he thought he can finally stop being a burden to his brother.
He thought of sharing his certificate to his brother whom he loves the most. But where is Sungmin hyung? It seems like even
Kyuhyun doesn't know.

Graduation was not just around the corner, he has to spend another year in school before Donghae graduated from college. Kyuhyun stood beside him congratulating him.

"You've made it, Donghae ah..." he said and hugged the younger Lee.

Kyuhyun decided to celebrate it at home. Instead of going out, just stay at home where they can solemnly celebrate.

Donghae looked down. It not that he doesn't want to celebrate but...he really wish Sungmin hyung is here. He's the one who has
been trying to tie the knot from the money their parents left them. He's been the one who pressed and wash his clothes. He's
been the one who has been helping him and yet he's not here to take the credits.

"Donghae ah...what's wrong?" Kyuhyun asked, holding his hand and looking at him sincerely.

Since when did he felt that Kyuhyun is no longer a lover to him? He doesn't know. He's thankful to the young man that he's been
taking care of him. He felt secure at times but...he doesn't feel the same anymore. The more he sees Kyuhyun taking care of him,
the more he wants to see Sungmin.

"Kyuhyun ah... I-" he said and looked down. Is he going to do it? He bit his lips and his heart felt anxious. Is he ready to do
this? He breathe in deeply and looked at Kyuhyun with his transparent eyes.

"Let's break up." Donghae said.

Kyuhyun was surprised to hear it. He doesn't expect Donghae to break up with him. He knows the young Lee has forgiven him but
still... what could be the reason?

Donghae swallowed as he looked down. "I..." his hands trembled. "I miss Sungmin hyung." Kyuhyun straighten up when he heard
Sungmin's name.

How long has it been since he last hear that name? After reading Sungmin's letter that night, he never opened it again. Same
goes for the video he received. It has been a year...or more so.

Hearing that name. Sungmin. Kyuhyun's heart felt a sudden pain. He thought he has forgotten that name for the past months. It turned
out, it is still there. In a place, deep in his heart.

"D-Donghae ah..."

Donghae blinked yet again. "I'll wait for you here." he said and held Kyuhyun's hand. "Bring my Sungmin hyung back."

Kyuhyun felt like a big sharp thing was taken out from his heart. Does that mean...

"I don't care if you want to be with him just bring my Sungmin hyung back."

Kyuhyun walked towards Donghae. "Donghae ah..." he wrapped his arms around the young Lee and kissed his forehead.

Donghae looked at him like that of child. "I want my hyung back." Kyuhyun smiled at him and nodded.

"Let's both look for him."

Donghae wrapped his arms around Kyuhyun's waist and rested his head on the younger's chest. This is the last time. He'll never
be this close to Kyuhyun ever again.
