When she thought her life was no longer worth living, Alina climbs over the railing of the bridge and prepares to jump in an attempt to end her life and reunite herself with her recently departed mother. However, when a car stops beside her and a man climbs out, Alina is shocked to find that he is her favorite idol of all time: Kim Jonghyun.

He saves her life,talking her off the ledge, and even though his manager warns him to stay far away from her, Jonghyun can't help thinking about her. Their connection that night causes him to disobey his manager and instead of pushing her away like he should, Jonghyun pulls her even closer. They talk on the phone every night. He tells her his problems and she opens up about her own home life. The two couldn't be more similar yet so different at the same time.
