Gracefully, fingers were sweeping over the white and black coloured keys of a piano, a sorrowful melody resounding when a song was softly sung in the secure embrace of an apartment on a winterly January morning. There was nothing but silence surrounding the quarters, the melody vibrating through every room softly.

Longing brown eyes were trained onto the snowy display outside a huge window whilst the one singing was facing the door of his living room with his back. With eyebrows slightly furrowed, eyelids were sliding shut slowly when the singing man reached the refrain of his composed song, “I feel so all alone, I feel so all alone. I wanna run to you my love. I am saving all my love for you.”

On soft paws a grey cat manoeuvred over the wooden floor and meowed softly for attention of its master. The auburn haired didn't register the animal at his feet, his every being indulged into the song. Meowing more soundly the rejected cat ran over to a figure nearing from the sleeping quarters towards the living room. Snuggling against the figure's legs it purred softly, tail wiggling when it meowed once more. The brown haired man patted the grey cat's head affectionately, leading it towards the kitchen to feed the hungry animal. Everything went unnoticed to the auburn haired male playing piano.

Brown eyes were focused on him when he reached the of the song he was singing, his short auburn hair shimmering wine red in the sunlight illuminating the living room. A gentle smile tugged on the brown haired's lips when he walked over to his singing lover. Lost in his music the other didn't register the pitter-patter of his feet on the floor. The brown haired opened a necklace he had been holding in his hand with a soft smile on his lips whilst shifting closer to his lover who had reached the end of his song. With the last tunes fading with the piano, the brown haired leaned a bit over the auburn haired's figure and wrapped the delicate necklace around the other's throat.

The auburn haired caught his breath when he registered the other's presence. “YunHo-yah,” he breathed softly whilst leaning back against the man behind him.

“Care to help me with this a little, JaeJoong-ah?” YunHo muttered into JaeJoong's ear before the auburn haired clasped the little pendant to keep the necklace in place. He smiled fondly to himself when he caught a glimpse of the silvery pendant. It consisted of the head of a little smiling bear that was embraced by the trunk of an equally smiling elephant.

Once YunHo had fastened the necklace around JaeJoong's neck, he planted a lingering tender kiss into his lover's nape and brushed his fingers gently over his shoulders. JaeJoong sighed contentedly whilst the pendant of his new necklace gently.

“Happy Birthday,” YunHo breathed, showering the juncture of JaeJoong's neck and right shoulder with soft kisses when he wrapped his arms around JaeJoong's torso. JaeJoong muttered a soft “Thanks,” when he turned his head towards YunHo. They shared a tender kiss under the rays of the sun that reminded themselves that neither of them was all alone.
