The Other, A Thought
Midnight AltarMino wondered a lot about Jinwoo today. He looked worse for wear; his skin look pale and his doe eyes looked droopy, ruined by those black smudges he failed to hide. Now that he thought about it, Jinwoo rest too little lately. He cannot even remember the last time Jinwoo stayed in at the dorm and just rest. Now that practice was over, was he really going to continue training to the night?
"You should go to the dorm, hyung." He said that to Jinwoo. Mino noticed the slight disappointment in his face, and wondered if he did anything wrong.
"Oh. Okay."
It had been a very vague answer. Jinwoo usually was not a man of many words, but lately it was frustrating trying to get anything coherent out of the little guy. He smiled and joked and laugh and all, but it felt very distant. It's not that they have problems between them, but still the older one seem to pull himself out of their interactions. He was almost always out at night, and even when he was in, he went straight to bed without talking to the members.
To him.
Mino remembered the times when he could never pass a day without talking to the man. Jinwoo was rather determined to interact with people back in the day. It was strangely adorable, especially considering half of their conversations began with a stuttering mess.
Did the survival program occupy his head all the time? He knew Jinwoo was a wreck after he made that mistake in front of JYP. It was obvious with how much the older threw himself into practice after that. No one blame him, Mino himself was a nervous wreck at that time. Mino was not sure it was what disturbed the little guy though.
Feeling his stomach expressing its displeasure, Mino quickly leave the building. He went to the nearest supermarket to buy food. He boiled a cup of ramen and heat up a hotbar, before sitting down on the table outside of the supermarket.
He was just done with his hotbar when he heard a voice in front of him.
"Hyung."
Mino blinked back to reality to find Bobby in front of him, chopsticks hanging halfway to his mouth. He looked up to find Bobby standing in front of him, smiling brightly.
"Bobby! How are you?"
"Great! I trained," he replied, amused. "As hyung did."
Mino laughed, handing some money to the boy. "Yeah. Eat with me? Grab something, my treat!"
Bobby beamed, whopping while running inside the room. He came back with a steaming cup of ramen. He quickly sat in front of Mino, babbling away about everything.
"Training is hard lately, huh?" Mino quipped.
"Yeah, it is. We trained so hard, and it's like, nothing gets better. I got to us, I guess. We fought over simple stuff. The kids were exhausted, and so am I. Jinhwan-hyung was tense all the time. Hanbin barely came to the dorm anymore. It's crazy."
Silently, Mino thought about his own member
