I lost all thoughts.

“I’ll take you home. My friend Jackson will bring your car to you” he says the next morning, not looking at me.

“Okay” I say awkwardly waiting while he dresses.

I fiddle with the hem of my skirt, looking around the room distractedly. I got up before him this morning, took a shower, waiting to leave.

He wasn’t making this awkward at all, I was.. He is obviously familiar with this type of situation, while I am officially doing my first walk of shame.

Last night was just amazing. Did I imagine the connection between us? Last night wasn’t just ing. It felt like it was meant to be, but it didn’t feel like it. I don’t know what to think.
