The truth is out.
Dragon's LairI roll my eyes again. “of course I have; who hasn’t?”
GOT7, was a notorious gang.
I’d heard nothing good about their members, who apparently take drugs and have for a living. They live their life a certain way and make no apologies about it. I’d never actually interacted with a member. So, I don’t know the truth.
People tend to stay away from them, no one wants to mess with them, because you’d end up dead. The gang stood up for each other and always had each other’s backs, kind of a ‘mess with one mess with them all’ thing
Kris has a smug look on his face. I didn’t like it one bit. “Mark is the vice president.”
I freeze for a few seconds. “Bull”
Then I remember the tattoo on his back.
The deadly dragon.
The bike.
The badassness.
I could see Mark in a Gang. He has this vibe about him.
He’s hot blooded.
In fact, if I didn’t’ know him. I would probably steer clear of him altogether. He’s the ultimate bad boy. But he’s also my Mark, the boy I grew up around.
I will always see that first, before anything else.
“How come you never mentioned this before?” I asked him in suspicion. He kept a lot from me about Mark, and I want to know why.
Something crosses his face. Something I don’t like.
He’s not telling me something.
“You always had a thing for him, Steph; don’t think I’m so blind to not notice it.” He snaps, rubbing the back of his neck. “you were always his number one fan”
I roll my eyes for the third time. “I was a kid, Kris. Seriously let it go.”
