Chapter One

welcome to the prom committee!

Just as Ms. Ahn had requested, everyone took a seat in the student council room, which was now known to them as the prom committee meeting room. "Alright, I would like everyone to go around the room and introduce themselves while naming three fun facts about themselves; I'll start: My name is Ms. Ahn, I'm the drama teacher and I'm also in charge of the drama club, I also have a love for spicy food; Now, Mari you start!" Everyone turned and looked at Mari who smirked with a look of satisfaction, already knowing what she was going to say. "I'm Go Mari and three facts about me are that I'm very rich, I've been the lead in almost every school play except for Grease," Mari spoke, giving Ms. Ahn a dirty look when she got to the fact about Grease. Though it was true that Mari had been the lead in every school play, she had failed to get the final lead spot for her senior year as Sandy in Grease. Unfortunately for her, Kim Chungha had taken right underneath her when she "accidently" tripped Mari and made her sprain her ankle, making her unable to perform the dance routine needed for Sandy's role. "Lastly, I'm a dog lover." Everyone stared at Mari either in admiration or confusion at the last random fact. Mark continued the introductions after looking at Mari with the disgust, the only person to do so in the room. "I'm Mark Lee and three facts about me are that I'm originally from Canada, I'm good friends with just about everyone in our senior class, and I hate people who brag about their status or money." Mark said, looking at Mari for the last part who glared at him in return.

"Okay, moving on: Jiae, you're next!" Ms. Ahn spoke quickly, trying to get rid of the sudden tension that had just shown up. "Hi everyone! I'm Oh Jiae and I'm head cheerleader, I love GOT7, and I want to be Miss Korea or a Gymnastics Teacher one day in the near future!" Though Jiae was very happy with what she chose to say, some people thought she was a bit of an airhead, especially with the whole "Miss Korea" thing. "I'm Yang Hongseok and I'm also the president of the student council as well as 1st place in the entire school, one last fact about me is that I'm also in the chess club." Hongseok quickly spoke, not really seeming interested in hearing more from anyone else after Jiae's introduction. "I'm Sung Sumin and I'm the student council vice president as well as 2nd place in the whole school, the last detail you need to know is that I love cats." Sumin spoke just as quickly as Hongseok did, though her reason seemed to be different from his. "Hey, I'm Kim Myungjun and I'm a drama club member as well as best friends with Mark, one other fun fact is that I was the Huntsman in our Snow White and the Seven Dwarves play we had earlier this year." From Myungjun's bright introduction, it moved on to the shy Joori. "Um, I'm Hwang Joori and I'm in the Art and Drama club, I also love GOT7.." Throughout her entire introduction, Joori kept her eyes casted downward and away from everyone else. "I'm Yeo Changgu and I'm in the drama club, I also will be playing Danny Zuko in the Grease play, and I'm actually best friends with Hongseok." Almost e
