IMPORTANT DETAILS ( please read)

this fic is not your regular story where the main pair get together by the fifth chapter. it is a slow build, one that is mostly centric on baekhyun's development
as a person, and his acceptance of fate's plans for him and sehun. i will try my best to make it eventful, but also realistic as well, in the sense that some days a whole lot of stuff will happen, and in others, nothing will. you know, like in real life.
 this fic might end up having 100+ chapters, so just relax and read at leisure. 
 their schooling is based at an alternate universe where the schooling system and the seasons and breaks are similar to the american system, not the korean.
also, the exo characters are pretty much the same age. they all start out as freshmen in highschool, all aged thirteen. so that, according to their birthdays, sehun, jongin and kyungsoo are older than baekhyun.
