AREUM'S POV

The classroom was too noisy as usual.

I wanna talk to them but I know they won't talk to me.

I wonder why they are like that.

I never done anything wrong.

It's not like I'm going to eat them or something.

I don't have some kind of contagious disease and I'm not ugly either.

I wonder why no one wants to be friends with me.

Well, of course Jiyeon was an exception to that coz that scary girl is like my sister and sometimes she's like a mother to me.

Speaking of Jiyeon, I saw her looking at someone outside the window.

Hmm. That woman looks familiar to me.

Where did I saw her?

"Did you know that girl?" I ask.

"Huh?...No. I don't know her.....But it's strange that I feel like I know her" She said.

We look outside again but the girl was gone.

"Where did she go?" She ask.

This is the first time I saw Jiyeon became interested to someone.

Most of the time she doesn't care.

"I don't know. She just...just...disappears or maybe she just could walk really fast." I said.

Jiyeon suddenly stand up and get her bag.

"Where are you going?" I ask.

"I need to meet that girl" She said.

Eh?

"Yah the class will start in few minutes and besides where and how can you find that girl? You didn't even know her" I said.

"I need to do this Areumie. I'll meet you at the house later. Don't you ever dare to skip class. Arasso?" She said before she left.

Heol.

I told you sometimes she's like a Mom.

How could dare she tell me not to skip class when she herself is doing it too?

Anyway now that Jiyeon is not here I'm all alone.

**sigh**

I should've ask her to take me with her instead but because I skip class yesterday I'm sure she's won't allow me to.

I just slump on my seat and wait for our teacher to arrive.

"Yah Lee Areum"

I heard someone call me from behind and it's them again.

They always bully me whenever Jiyeon is around.

All of my classmates and probably the whole student population in this school if they had a chance.

They hate me for being weird and of course for being the only person Jiyeon hangout with.

I never told Jiyeon about this. I don't want her to get in trouble because of me though technically I'm in this mess because of her. Hehe

I just pretend that I didn't hear anything.

"Yah Lee Areum! Are you damn deaf?!" My classmate said and kick my chair from the back.

I almost fell off my chair.

Tsk.

I just sit properly again and continue to ignore her.

There's silence in the room now and I'm aware that everyone was staring hoping to witness a scene.

"How dare you ignore me?!" My classmate suddenly pull my hair so hard.

Damn it.

"Yah! Get off!...What's your problem?!" I still manage to ask her while I'm still struggling to remove her hand that's pulling my hair.

"What's our problem?! You didn't know what's the problem?!...It's you!" She said and push me which made me fell on the floor this time.

Geez. I feel like my hair is going to be detached from my scalp.

This girl is WITCHY!

How I hate witchy brats!

I stand up holding my head.

"Jiyeon chooses whom she hangouts with. You can't force her to hang out with you if she doesn't want!" I raised my voice because I'm starting to get annoyed.

"A weird ugly loser looks like a trash beside Jiyeon" One of my classmate said and smirked.

Everyone then starts to agree with him.

It's not that I envy or I hate Jiyeon but what did she do to make everyone like her this much?

She's not even friendly or doing anything to be liked.

Looking at my classmates they all look like someone who's going to kill me any moment from now.

I better leave this place before it happens.

And so I grab my bag and started to run outside of the classroom.

I run as fast as I could.

I'm not scared of them but I don't want to get in trouble.

Though I know I will surely get in trouble with two people.

My teacher and of course Jiyeon.

She told me not to skip class right?

Ah molla!

I look behind me while I'm still running and get startled when I saw two of my guy classmate chasing after me.

WAHHH WHY CAN'T THEY LEAVE ME IN PEACE?!!

WANTING TO HAVE AN ORDINARY LIFE IN THIS ORDINARY SCHOOL.

They're faster than me.

I could see that just a little bit more and I'm dead.

But still I'm not giving up till my last breathe!

I close my eyes and continue running.

Till someone grab me.

I open my eyes and saw that it's a girl.

She signaled me to keep quiet.

But I think I know this girl...

I feel like I saw her before...somewhere.

But where and when?

"They're gone" She said and smile to me

I just stare at her.

She really look familiar.

"I'm happy to see you. You've grown so well" She said and fix my hair.

Eh?

"We met before?" I cluelessly ask.

She just smile to me.

"Always take care and remember....you are very special." She said.

I seriously have no idea what she's saying right now but she looks like she's about to cry.

"Are you ok?" I worriedly ask

"Yeah. Go back to your class now" She said.

Go back there?

"Nah. I don't want to go back there. They don't like me and I hate studying to be honest" I said.

She giggles.

"You're just like her" She said.

"Just like who?" I ask.

"Your Mommy" She said.

"You know my Mommy?" I ask.

I'm getting more and more curious about this girl.

And again she just smile at me.

"I have to leave now" She said.

"Wait.." I stop her.

"Can you tell me your name?" I ask.

"We'll meet again...go back to your class. Trust me everything is alright." She said and kiss my forehead before she walk away.

I don't know why but I just stand here watching her leaving till she's out of my sight.

"I guess I found someone who's weirder than me" I said to myself.
