EUNJUNG'S POV

"What's wrong Lady Eunjung?" Mistress Park ask again.

This is it.

I slowly lift my hands over the crystal ball.

"You need to touch them Lady Eunjung" I heard Mistress Park said again.

I just close my eyes and finally place my hand on the crystal.

"EUNJUNG!!"

"SHE'S THE DAUGHTER OF THE TRAITOR! KILL HER!"

"NO!"

The guard starts to surround me.

Why I can't move?

"MOMMY!!..HELP Hel..."

"EUNJI-AH!" I shouted but no voice comes out from me.

It's just like I lost control on my whole body.

I look at Eunji"s direction again but she's gone now.

I tried to scream but there's really no sound!!

What's happening?

"YAH! HAM EUNJUNG!"

Jiyeon...

Where is Jiyeon?

Where is everybody?

"You'll die Ham Eunjung!"

Black suddenly appears in front of me ready to stab me with a knife.

I was too surprise to react...

.........

I woke up panting hard.

My heart is racing.

Damn dream!

But everything felt so real especially that part where Black shows up telling me that she's going to kill me.

"Jungie what's wrong?"

Jiyeon walk up rubbing her eyes.

Eunji sleeps with Qri and Hyomin last night

I didn't respond because I'm still too shock about that dream that felt so real.

My body was trembling and I can feel pain in my right arm.

"Omo! Jungie! Your arm was bleeding!" Jiyeon said

I look at my arms and it really looks like I just got stab.

"Where did you get this?" Jiyeon worriedly ask.

Still I wasn't able to say anything.

"Are you ok? What happen? Yah! Say something I'm worried!" She said slightly shaking me.

"I-I'm o-k" I said.

She immediately get her wand and use a spell to heal my wound.

I lie down then close my eyes and took a deep breath.

I open my eyes when I felt soft hands caress my face.

"It's early in the morning Jungie. What happen? I know you're not ok. What happen to your arm earlier?" She ask.

I let her rest her head on my arm and she hug my waist.

"I had a bad dream" I said and kiss her forehead.

"Maybe you're just thinking too much about facing the council later. I know even though you wanted to be strong for our family you're still worried and scared." She said.

"It's true but that dream seems to be real....like my wound earlier" I said.

"Mwo? You got your wound from your dream?" She ask.

"Hmm. In my dreams I'm already facing the council. I remember Mistress Park confirming my surname like I she knows something about it." I said coz even though everything in my dream felt so real I wasn't able to remember everything that happens in there.

Maybe because I was too scared and all.

"Mistress Park? Well if she will ask about your surname maybe because it's the first time she have heard of it" She said.

Possibly but I still remember the look on her face and I'm sure that it means something.

"Jiyeon....is there any other way that I could look through my past before the council figure it out?" I ask.

Jiyeon act like she was trying to remember something.

"We could sneak into the chamber where the crystal is" She said.

"That doesn't sound like a good idea to me" She said.

"But there is no other way. My parents would never let us use the crystal without the Mistress so it's whether we will sneak in there or we'll just wait" She said.

I sighed.

"Fine...but how will we sneak in there?" I ask.

"Leave it to me. Don't you know that I could be really sneaky?" She proudly said.

"Yeah. Really sneaky that you always get yourself into trouble" I said.

"You're saying something sweetheart?" She ask giving me a death glare.

"Nothing." I said and pull her out of the room.

We headed to the chamber and I'm not sure if we can call this sneaking coz the chamber has no guards at all that we can easily get in.

"That easy. I think anyone could get in here" I said.

"Nope. Not anyone. You have to be a royal blood, an oracle or the head of the council to get in here" She said

"I'm not a royal blood but I get in here and I'm obviously not Mistress Park...so I'm an oracle?" I curiously ask.

Jiyeon giggles.

"No. You're not an oracle. You can't be unless you came from Soyeon's family and only one oracle could exist. Few generations have passed and yet the oracle wasn't changed and she's Soyeon's great great great grandmother. Another oracle will be chosen if she dies" Jiyeon explains.

Heol.

"So why is it so easy for me to get in here?" I ask.

"I don't know. What's important now is that you're in here"  She said and it's definitely right.

"Ok. So how does this crystal works?" I ask.

"Just put your hands on it and concentrate on what you wanted to see. My Mom always reminds me that this crystal will only show things that happened in your past that is related to you." She said.

I took a deep breath.

You can do this Eunjung.

I'm actually not scared of the process.

I'm scared of what the crystal would show me.

"Palli. We  don't have much time" Jiyeon said

I place both of my hands on the crystal and close my eyes.

Concentrate.

Concentrate.

Suddenly, something flash in my head.

It's not just a memory. It's like I'm watching a vivid flashback in my head.

I saw myself with Jiyeon in a mall.

I remember this day.

It was few days after our wedding.

FLASHBACK

Jiyeon and I were happily strolling in the mall while she clings to my arms.

I actually found her more clingy today than any other days that we're together.

Another thing is that she keeps staring at me with a smile on her face.

"Baby I know you find me charming but you don't have to stare too much you know!" I said and kiss her cheeks.

She suddenly stop walking which made me stop too.

"Wae?" I curiously ask.

She look at me and suddenly pinch my cheeks ...

HARD.

"Ouchh..." I wailed in pain.

"Yah! Baby. Why did you do that?" I ask while rubbing my cheeks.

I almost went teary because of that.

Seriously, what's wrong with her?

I look at her and she's smiling to me like she wanted to do it again.

Uh-oh.

I immediately grab her wrist and wrap her arms around my waist instead.

"Why did you do that?" I ask her pretending to be mad.

"Because you're so cute baby. I want to pinch you again. Can I?" She cutely said and pleads.

"M-mwo? Andwae! It hurts baby. Not my cheeks please" I said and she pout.

"Just one more time please baby" She pleads again.

"No baby you can't....Are you ok?" I ask coz she's acting strange.

Instead of answering me she let go of me and turn her back.

"Hey where are you going?" I ask

She's really acting weird.

"I wanna go home" She said.

"But we just got here because you said you badly want to be here" I said trying to catch up with her.

She walks too fast.

She suddenly stop walking and turn around.

I almost bump into her . Geez.

I look at her and saw her pouting with her arms crossed.

"I'm tired of walking" She said complaining like a kid.

I sighed.

What's wrong with my wife?

"Let's take a sit over there" I pulling her into the bench on the corner.

I already sit down but she's still standing there in front of me.

"What's wrong?" I ask

"I want to sit there" She said pointing at my spot so I move on the other side to let her sit there but she shook her head.

"I want to sit there" She said pointing to me again.

Eh?

She wants to sit on me?

Ah..

I giggled and pull her to sit on my lap.

I hug her waist and give her a peck.

I notice that her hands were making its way to my cheeks again.

"Baby please. Not my cheeks" I said and she pout once again

"Why are you acting strange today?" I ask and hug her tight.

"I don't know. Suddenly there's a lot of things that I want but I can't name them and when I finally figure it out and have it I'm not satisfied with it" She said

"...but I love your smell." She randomly said smelling me.

"Baby...I wanted to eat something really sour" She said with too much craving.

Wait...

"Baby are you pregnant?" I ask.

END OF FLASHBACK

I can't help but to smile seeing those scene again.

Jiyeon was really strange when she's pregnant.

"Yah. Why are you smiling there? Did you saw it already?"

I open my eyes and saw Jiyeon really close to me.

"You didn't saw it?" I ask.

"No. I didn't know the spell for that...or maybe I know but I just forgot...just hurry and focus this time" She said.

"Alright" I said and try to concentrate once again but I'm having a hard time focusing on the right thoughts.

"I can't do it. It's really hard." I said

"We still have little time. Try doing it again Jungie. Think about your Dad. That could help" She tries to convince me and so I try doing it again.

JESSICA'S POV

I woke up and found out that Black is not here in the cave.

That woman leaves without telling me.

Sometimes I wonder if she really treats me as her friend or even comrade.
