Author's Note: Finally Yoonmin, Ik you've been waiting, so here it is~

”Hyung where are you?” Jimin was standing at the front door, shoes and outdoor clothes on. He was just holding the long grocery list waiting for the elder who wasn’t moving, still conversing a bit in his phone.

“I’m coming…” He whined from his bedroom and even though his room was furthest away from Jimin standing at the front door, he still managed to hear him. He smiled contently to himself. He was going to go shopping with Yoongi! All alone… Okay, no crazy thoughts Jimin, calm down.

He was quietly fiddling with the list, reading it once again even though he had already memorized the groceries they were going to buy. He was just trying to distract his thoughts but of course the reading was occupied with the man ‘Yoongi’ when the said man appeared down the hallway. He was wearing a grey beanie, ripped blue jeans and a basic loose t-shirt that showed a bit of collarbone. Jimin had always liked those shirts the best. He approached with style and put on his boots and his jacket.

“Let’s head out, Min.” The elder seemed oblivious to the nickname he unconsciously called him. He was already heading out so he missed the tinge of pink tinting the younger’s cheeks. He was feeling himself heating up as he stepped out in the cold weather. Weird, I know.

“I’ll drive.” Yeah, because you are the only one having license out of the two of us. Was the first thought ringing through his head but he didn’t voice it. He wanted to keep the tension ‘not that tense’.  Yoongi was surprised the younger didn’t snap at him with a clever come back but again, Jimin was badass on social media but never in real life.

The elder sat behind the wheel and started the engine. He was looking backwards while backing to make sure he didn’t hit a monkey on the street. Jimin couldn’t help but actually really look at his hyung while he moved his head back and forth trying to go out on the road. He had a beautiful side profile and Jimin admired it longingly. He really wanted to kiss that face. No I did not just say kiss. Jimin blushed upon his own thoughts and turned away so Yoongi wouldn’t see his heating face. He tried hard to cool it down.

“You okay?” Jimin turned around to face the sudden voice with a cooled down face, now. He didn’t notice Yoongi stopping the car, not moving and just standing in the middle of the empty road. He was looking directly into Jimin’s eyes and the younger felt himself blush again. He nodded and turned away again trying to cool down this moment’s heat.

Yoongi started driving towards the grocery store. Usually, when they just needed a few things, they went to the nearby store by walking but now they are going to the big market and the big store to buy groceries, so they have to drive there. Apparently Jin said they ‘just happened to have so little ingredients and groceries so oh sorry, you have to go grocery shopping instead of me’.

There were so many ingredients Jimin felt too lazy to even count. He just went through the already memorized list. It ranged from vegetables and fruits to meats and carbohydrates. A lot of drinks like juices and a lot of milk because Jin would provide the milk for their little Jungkookie until he was 20 and he is… 19. Yeah, so they spend a lot of money on milk for Jungkook’s sake.

“Aish, seriously? So many?” Once again that deep voice startled the younger and he whipped his head towards said voice. Yoongi was silently eyeing the list and realized he was going to spend his beauty sleep time to grocery shop this much. How would they even carry everything to their dorm? It’s freaking stairs up!

“Mhm, Jin hyung said we didn’t have any groceries so yeah…” Jimin silently mumbled - all of the nervousness about going somewhere alone with Yoongi suddenly gone. He started reading every product out loud and he could see in the corner of his eyes that by every mentioned product Yoongi would scrunch up his eyebrows. He just looked more and more like a raisin and Jimin at last had to stop reading and laugh at his grieving expression.

“What?” He changed expression to one in disbelief and Jimin didn’t answer but mumbled under his breath. “So cute…” He thought Yoongi didn’t hear it but of course, in every story ever, he heard it and blushed and just faced the road completely. Jimin stopped laughing and turned around a bit to hide his blushing cheeks. Completely embarrassed.

Don’t ask, Yoongi, don’t… He thought to himself. He wasn’t exactly sure if he heard right but it still made him freakin’ blush so uhuh. He could out of the corner of his eyes only guess Jimin also was hiding his blush. This was awkward, but he couldn’t help but almost smile a little bit at the younger’s compliment.

“We’re here.” Yoongi announced after ten minutes of more awkward car driving. It was tense and silent.

They stepped out of the car and the elder locked it while meeting up with Jimin who had already grabbed a cart and was happily skipping to the entrance. Yoongi unconsciously smiled to himself and walked in following Jimin into the store.

It was full and very tight in there. Apparently 2 o’ clock in the afternoon was the time for shopping because everyone was there. It was a lot of people running around with their carts grabbing different groceries. Yoongi almost felt like giving up because they won’t be able to get anything done with everyone in their way. It was almost impossible he would say.

Jimin also saw the big mass of people walking around them but nothing would stop him from having a nice grocery trip together with Yoongi. Nothing.

So he grabbed the cart’s rudder and started pushing into the store. He looked at the list to see what they needed. The first stop was cereals and breads.

“Hyung could you get the ‘___’ bread?” He pointed at the list to show him what type of bread. He just nodded and went to get two of them. Jimin smiled when he smoothly made his way into the big crowd. He just stood and looked at the list once again and tried figuring out what he would get. He found something and just rolled the cart to the side, out of the way of people, and went to get it.

He grabbed the package of cereal and tried finding his way to the cart. It took him some time to get there but as soon as he found it he was expecting Yoongi to stand by the cart, waiting for him. He felt a tinge of disappointment when he didn’t. He looked around to try and see if he spotted him and no, no Yoongi anywhere. He tried calling subtly but of course hopelessly since it wasn’t exactly quiet in the grocery store. It was almost roaring.

He tried waiting for a couple of minutes because maybe Yoongi still wasn’t done yet. Maybe he still was picking out the best loaf of bread. Jimin hoped it was so but after exactly seven minutes and thirty three seconds Jimin felt impatient and just continued grocery shopping without him. Not that Jimin actually wanted to but if he wasn’t going to come he should at least do something productive in the meantime. So he plucked product after product. He was so lost in his own world he didn’t realize he only had frozen goods left. He had plucked everything in one and a half hour? Now that’s a record to beat later. He was celebrating his small victory inside of himself and showed a cute toothy smile. He ran down the list to make sure he wasn’t forgetting anything but unfortunately he did. He had forgotten the damn loaf of bread Yoongi was supposed to bring him. He groaned inwardly and went on trip to search for him.

He put the cart beside the freezing bars to go look for him but fortunately his search wasn’t that long. He just had to whip his head to the side and see the elder standing and talking to a girl. They were standing where the magazines were and Jimin could feel his blood heat up. He was talking to a girl who looked awfully flirty.
