A Hard Day"Audio check. One, two, three." Jim, the sound guy in the arena, began testing all the microphones. Mark sighed, watching all the dancers. He had to do all those moves over an over for several days before he had them down. Now these new dancers that he hadnever evenmeet were learning his moves in under three hours. Mark had sent Jackson off for hot chocolate and a sandwich. He was still a bit tired from the trip down here. He needed something to wake him.
"Here." Jackson's voice made Mark jump. The younger handed him a cup and a box. Jackson sat down next to Mark. "I didn't know what kind of sandwich you wanted so I got a ham and cheese." Mark nodded. He honestly didn't care what Jackson handed him, he just needed something to keep him awake and his head clear. There were so many things going on inside his mind right now. His way over official break-up with Youngjae, his confused feelings over Jackson, trying to save his career from Jinyoung, and his tour. He needed to figure all this stuff out before he went back to Korea. He only had six days left.
"Mr. Tuan, we have to check your mic." The older sighed, standing up from his chair. Jackson watched the older walk sulkingly to the stage. Jackson took a sip of his coke. What was wrong with him? Mark had been upset since they got to the stage. He wondered if this was still about Youngjae. He would need to find a way to fix it. He wouldn't stand to see Mark upset any longer.

"Okay everyone ten mintues to show. Keep your mics on, don't say anything, stand in line." Jackson was making sure everything was ready to go for the show. Everyone was set in their places and were adjusting what they needed too. Mark looked over at Jackson. He looked so determined to make everything perfect. He didn’t have too. The other managers hadn’t even tried that hard. He smiled. Mark liked hard working people. “Jackson, should I have an ear piece for the break or am I just going to keep this one.” Jackson looked up from his clipboard. He shook his head.
“That one will be fine. You can hand it to one of the dancers. We don’t have time to set up an ear piece for you. We’ll have one for the next show.” Mark nodded, turning back to face the stage. Jackson snapped his fingers, signaling for someone. “It’s time to go. M.T start the show.”

If Jackson thought Mark sounded good in recordings, then he sounded amazing live. Mark’s voice sounded like a dream. Jackson knew that a majority of idols sometimes used prerecorded audio to play at their concerts, but Mark wanted to be all natural. And he did a good job of it. Jackson watched from the wings in awe. He couldn’t believe that he was hearing M.T live. He never even dreamed of seeing M.T like this. Not with his mother’s medical bills stacking up. He couldn’t afford it. But now, he could see M.T whenever he wanted. Although seeing Mark was a whole lot better.
