“Shin Hye, someone’s looking for you” Miss Kim, the librarian, told her.

“In a sec, please.” Shin Hye answered while arranging the books on the shelf. Miss Kim nodded.

Shin Hye thanked Miss Kim before walking on the counter and saw Yong Hwa leaning on the side while waiting for her.

“Oh Yong Hwa! Do you need something?” she asked.

“No. I’m just excited to tell you something. I know you’ll be happy.” He said while smiling genuinely at her.

“What is it?” she asked.

“Well, I told my Mom about the orphanage and the activity this Saturday. And.. she said since she misses the kids, she wants to celebrate her birthday next month on the orphanage.”

“Oh really?!” she almost yelled due to happiness. He nodded.

She held his arm and dragged him at the corner so they won’t attract too much attention remembering they’re on the library. “That would be great! The kids will surely love it!”

“It is! By the way, my mom would like to ask help from you to organize the party. Would that be ok?” he asked. “Of course it’s fine with me.”

“Great! So, can I have your number so we can communicate well?” Hitting two birds with one stone, yeah!

“Sure!” He handed his phone to her so she can type in her number. “Here.” Then, he saved it. Yes!!

“Thanks! So, I gotta go Shin Hye-ah. See you around!” he waved at her. I should kiss my Mom for this!

9:33 PM Beep beep!

Shin Hye’s phone beeped indicating a text message.

To: Shin Hye

Hi! It’s Yong. I already informed my mom that you agreed to help. She said thanks and she would like to meet you one of these days so you can talk about the plan.

She smiled at the message and typed her reply to him after saving his number.

Good evening Yong! It’s my pleasure to help. I’m really glad about it. Are you going to assist us too on the planning?

Yong Hwa is so excited to see that she replied and he immediately keyed in his message.
