--Saturday night--

YOUR POV

After the announcement, I didn't wait for my parent to go home. After several minutes, I arrived at our house and headed for my room. I changed to my pajamas then sleep.

--Sunday--

The next day, I washed my face and headed to the dining area to eat breakfast. As we-my family and I-were eating, my mom broke the silence.

"---------------, we're sorry." my mom apologized

I didn't respond.

"If you really don't want to marry him, we could cancel the engagement. You could say no if you don't want to." my dad added

"I don't want to talk about it." I replied as I satnd up and went to the garden. I went to the small gazebo. I sat their. Suddenly, my grandmother appeared from nowhere.

"You can't be mad at them forever you know?" my grandmother said

"I know. Grandma, I don't want to be mad at them. But they could have atleast told me." I replied

"Why? Would you understand them if they told you? I guess you won't." my grandmother asked and answered her own question.

"But they have could have at least told me." I replied

"Wether they told you or not. You will be still mad at them. You will still not understand them." she replied

I didn't respond

"It's for you." my grandmother said

"It's for their business." I replied

"It's for your safety." my grandmother added

"For my safety?" I asked awith a confuse look

"Remember how you got to Korea?"

FLASHBACK:

"--------------, you have to go to Korea. From there, you will be protected from any threat of our family." my dad said.

"But I don't want to be away from you. I want to be beside you whenever you need me." I said

"I know, sweetie. Neither do we, but your father and I want to protect you. Don't worry we'll keep in touch." my mom replied.

"Okay. But promise me that you'll never forget about me." I agreed.

END OF FLASHBACK

"We were recieving death threats." I replied

"That's it. That's the reason why they decided to marry you to someone that could protect you." my grandmother explained

"And that was Kim Jaejoong?" I asked

"Yes. Your parents and His dad met in one conference. And there they knew that Mr. Kim was a very powerful person in Korea. Well-known and people were afraid of him. They knew that you would be safe with him and his family." my grandmother explained

"And there they decided to marry me to Jaejoong?" I asked

"Yes. But there was a condition." my grandmother replied

"What condition?" I asked

"Our company will merge with their company." my grandmother replied

"So. They really went here for the business?" I asked

"Before they agree with Mr. Kim, they really have decided to stay here. It just so happen that they made an agreement with Mr. Kim." my grandmother replied

"Is that true?" I asked

"That's true. Your parents won't do this if you were not recieving death threats." she replied

I stood up and ran to the dining room. As I enter the dining room, I hugged my parents.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't believe you." I apologized as I cry

"No. It's not your fault. We should have told you and asked you first." my mom said

"If you really don't want to marry him, it's fine with us." my dad added

"No. It's alright. I ould marr him if that's the only way to make you feel comfortable that I would be safe." I replied
