"I'm so sorry for what that girl did...I really didn't mean to involve you here." I apologized to all of them

"It's alright. We're the one who insisted you to go on a date with her boyfriend." my mom replied

"And we won't let that girl ruin your beautiful night.."my grandmother said smiling

"And your beautiful face." my grandfather added

"Yeah. I saw that girl ready to slap your face. Good thing, you slapped her first." my grandmother said proudly

I smiled and replied "Thank you for protecting me."

"That's our role." my dad said

"Get a rest now. Tomorrow's the enga-I mean-merging of the company" my mom said

"Okay. Get a rest too. You are the most important there." I told my mom and dad

"Ohhhh-ohhh! my favorite part a while a go was the time she landed on the ground!" my grandmother said happily

"Grandma..." I said smiling

I went upstairs and headed for my room. I settled and slept.

SATURDAY--

(Engagement day)

I woke up late. It was already 1:30 pm when I woke up. I went to look for my family at the first floor.

"Oh! The princess has awaken!" my grandfather shouted

"I guess what happened last night didn't made you sleep" I said

"No-no. It made us sleep."my mom replied

"No-no. It made us sleep."I replied

*Actually, your marriage didn't made me sleep. I hope you won't get mad at us when you knew.- I told myself

"Eat your brunch now." my grandfather said

"Thanks grandpa." I thanked him

"After eating, take a shower and ready your clothes." my dad ordered me

"Okay." I replied smiling

"I will just water the plants in the garden."my grandmother excused

"I'll look for my favorite tie. This might be the last time I could use it." my grandfather excused too.

"I'll ready my clothes. Have a happy brunch" my mom excused too

"I'll take a shower now." my dad excused too.

They all left me. I should have woke up early so that I have something to do besides eating. After 30 minutes of eating, I finished. I went to my room to ready the clothes I will wear. After 1 hour of thinking, I finally had decided on what to wear. I haven't pick a bag yet. I though it might take time so I took a shower first.

After 1 hour of bathing, I went outside the bathroom to change. I wore the dress I described a while ago and the stilettos. I curled my hair a bit and let it fall on my shoulders. I took my phone and car keys to place it in my bag when I noticed that I still have no bag. I went to my bag cabinet and dig until I find an aqua clutch bag(http://www.perfecthandbags.co.uk/Uploads/BZOL15A-3.jpg).

I went to the leaving room supposedly to wait for my mom but unfortunately, my mom finished first.

She was wearing a black dress (http://www.chinatowner.com/images/products/33760/33760_largeF.jpg) partnered with a black stiletto (http://intheircloset.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/lamb-tammy-woven-criss-cross-pump-black.jpg). She was holding a black clutch bag (http://www.clarashandbagboutique.com/image_manager/attributes/image/image_1/40903137_8882147.jpg). She had her hair on a loosed bun.

"You're done dressing up already?" my mom asked me

"Yeah. Why?" I answered with a confused look

"I took almost three hours of dressing." my mom answered

"Well, I took two and a half. So, I guess that's alright. You turned beautiful anyway." I told my mom

"Yeah. I think you are right." I agreed

She smiled.

*I should tell her about the engagement now. -I told myself

"---------------, please sit down with me here at the couch." I said as I grab her arm

"Okay...What is it?" she asked me with confusion

"------------------. I have to tell you something." I said

"What is it mom? Suddenly, you become glummy. Are you alright?" she asked me

"About tonight's event. It is not just about the mer----" I hadn't finished my sentence because my mother and father appeared.

"You look gorgeous!" my mom complimented ------------------

"We better hurry. We don't want to be late." my husband said

"I'll use my own car."-------------- said

"Are you sure?" my mom asked

"Yeah, grandma." --------------- replied

"C'mon honey." my mom said as she pulled my hand

"I'll be right there in a minute." I answered

""C'mon, princess. You're driving yourself. We can't be late." my husband said pulling ----------------'s arm

"I'll make sure first that you leave first." ------------------ replied

"Okay." my husband said then left

"Mom, what is that you wanna tell me again?" ---------------- asked me

"Um, that was nothing. Never mind what I said" I said then headed for the door.
