" Remi, tell me what the doctor said ." He said
I said nothing
" Remi ." He said worried
My eyes starting to well up with tears
" Remi, please tell me ." He demanded
I looked at him with such sadness I even saw tears in his eyes too.
" Remi ." He said choked
" Five months to a year ." I said too softly as I looked down
" What ! I can't hear speak louder ." He said still choked
" He said five months to a year ." I said louder
" For what ?." He asked as he came closer to me

He then grabbed me into soft bone crushing hug and began sobbing to his heart content. His legs started to buckled as we both fell to the ground.
I'm sorry you had to find this Diego because the last thing I want was to cause heartache for you. Also, I hate seeing you cry in pain of losing you; your best friend that's been through all.
- The Present -
After the moment happened, the office fell into a eerie silence for a few moments though who can blame anyone.
Finding out that a really close friend has few months to a year left to her life while undergoing chemo still.
" Diego ." I said softly
He stood there quietly
" Please say something ." I begged
" I don't know what to say is that my one of my best friend is gonna live another five months or even a year if she's lucky. Do you have any idea how that feels ?." He said with tears in his eyes
" And what about me Diego ?." I said
He stood quietly
" I won't be able to have kids of my own or a husband of my own, to this today when I see people having kids and getting married to the love their lives. Living their lives happily with their families and what about me ? Hmm, where do I fit in when comes to love. I even had my first kiss yet let alone have love except from friends but I want the kind of love where a man loves woman ." I said sobbing my eyes out
He hugs me
" I'm sorry Remi I was only thinking about myself again ." He said
I feel I want to vomit now.
" Guys, we need to do her chemo now ." Geun-young said
" Ok ." I said
We walked outta their office as we head to the chemo room that's how I like to call it. A few minutes later, I was done with my chemo but then I check my phone to be filled with about seventy texts from MDE and my brothers.
" Ok, we set your chemo for next week at the same time and if anything happens let us know right away ." Joon said
" Ok, thanks I will ." I said as I smile to them
We walked outside of the hospitial then I stop walking
" What's wrong ?." He asked
" Nothing, I just want to wander for a bit ." I said
" Okay ." He said softly
We wandered around for a bit until I got hungry for some food so we found a noodle shop, when we entered I found a pair of twins being scolding at. To my point of view that is and I went to them.
" Excuse me ajusshi ." I said
" And what do you want ? Are these your brats ?." He asked angrily
" I'm sorry, what they done now ." I said nicely
" Didn't pay for their food ." He said
" How much was it ?." I asked
" It was 23,000 won ." He said
I took out my wallet and paid the ajusshi for these two but I wonder where is their parents.
" C'mon, you two ." I said as I guided to our seating area
" Um.. Remi, who are they ?." Diego asked
" I saw them in trouble and I couldn't help but save them ." I said shyly
" Aish, Remi ." He said
" Diego ." I said firmly
He whimpered.
" Now, what are you guys name ?." I asked them
" I'm Kyungsoo ." A little boy said
" Kyunghwa ." A little girl said
" You guys are twins ?." I said
" Ne ." They said
" How cute ." I muttered to myself
I cleared my throat a bit.
" Where are your parents ?." I asked them cautiously
" They are at -." Kyunghwa cutted
" They abandoned us ." Kyungsoo said
" What !." I said angrily
" Please don't be angry ." She said
I bought them a pop
" Remi, we have to get going soon ." Diego said
" I know but I want to know more about them ." I said
They look tired.
" How long have you've been abandoned ?." I asked
" Nearly three days now ." Kyungsoo said
My eye twitched in anger.
" Ok, it's decided ." I said
All of them look at me strangely.
" I'm gonna take you guys in ." I said
" Remi ." Diego said
" What ! I'm alone in my house ever since my brothers have their own places and I only thing I have to talk too is my cats and it makes look crazy ." I said
" Pero ya estas loca en la cabeza ." He said in Spanish
" Yah !." I said
" Que ." He said
" Diego, I'm gonna hurt ya ." I said
He shut up
" That's what I thought now let's go home, tell them MDE and U-kiss to come my house after school ." I said to Diego
He nod as I paid for our stuff as we walk to the car to go to my home because I don't feel so hot yet I feel like I'm gonna get some bad news soon though I hope not.
