"Appa! Can I get a slice of cake?" Youngjae looks up at his father, tugging at Yongguk's sleeve as he pointed to the pastry store in the large mall they had been walking in. Yongguk looks down at his 11 year old son's growing pout and sighs. "Okay...okay, lets go." Youngjae does a little victory dance and squeals as he dashes towards the store. "Hey! Youngjae! Not so fast!" Yongguk yells after his son, running with him to the shop. 

Yongguk opened the glass door for his son, watching the bubbly kid rushed to the front counter. The walls were bubblegum pink and the floor was a milk white, making a delicious comparison. Yongguk walked in, taking a look over the shop. The alluring smell of crisp pastries wafted throughout the shop. He stared at the cute cream colored stools placed around the front of the light grey countertop. His son was seated upon one of the small stools, talking with the clerk of the shop. His gaze fell upon the beautiful figure of the clerk.

Yongguk froze.

He watched as his son chatted with the pretty clerk. He took a hesitant step closer to the counter. The clerk turned his head to Yongguk. A dazzling cute smile curled upon the clerk's lips. Yongguk turned beet red and coughed as he looked away. 

"Pretty ahjussi! Can I have a slice of cheesecake?" Youngjae bounced on the stool as he pointed to the white chocolate cheesecake preserved in a glass case. The clerk jutted out his bottom lip as he pouted, "I'm not that old!" The clerk nonetheless got a slice and placed it on a plate in front of a drooling Youngjae.

"Is Dad going to pay?" 

Yongguk snapped out of it and nodded to the waiting clerk. He pulled his wallet out and fumbled to take out his money. He managed to get it out and handed it over. His calloused cold fingers met with the clerk's warm feminine ones, eliciting a small gasp from the black haired clerk. "Sorry.." Yongguk choked  out as he pulled his hand away. "No, no, it's fine!" A shy chuckle and an eye smile was all that it took to make Yongguk's heart stutter. He looked at the clerk's nametag. Himchan. 

When Youngjae finished his cheesecake, he hopped off the stool and held his fathers hand. As they walked to the glass door, Yongguk turned back for one glace at the clerk.
