Chapter 9
Trust~~Tomorrow at school~~
Hyejeong is talking to Jimin and Choa with Seolhyun sitting silently beside her, just listening to the conversation
"Hey guys, you remember Seolhyun right?" Hyejeong says trying to get Seolhyun to open up a little to her friends
"Yeah! Your the one that ignored me when I greeted you!" Jimin says, picking a fight with her
"Y-Yeah, sorry about that last time, it's kind of a habit..." Seolhyun answers awkwardly
"That's ok Seolhyun we forgive you!" Choa says
"What are you talking about!?!? I don't forgi-" Jimin yells, until Choa whispers something in her ear and makes her stop but, also turning her a bright red
"Wow, who knew that the god Jimin diva could be tamed?" Hyejeong teases, playfully
"S-Shut up!" Jimin yells, still a bright red color
Seolhyun quietly listens with an amused smile on her face
Hyejeong then leans close to Seolhyun
"You finally smiled for once, I'll give you a reward later" Hyejeong whispers, turning Seolhyun light pink
"Who knew that the schools ice princess could be tamed?" Choa teases Seolhyun playfully
"Shut up..." Seolhyun mutters in embarrassment
Just then, the Yunaring couple comes in... holding hands
Hyejeong is the first one to notice and she abruptly stands up from her seat
"OH MY GOD YUNA AND MINA HOOKED UP!!!!!" Hyejeong practically yells at the top of her lungs
Everyone bursts out laughing because of Hyejeong's bizarre behavior, even Seolhyun
After everyone calms down they begin to question the couple
"How? When?" Jimin asks hurriedly
"Well, we were walking home from school yesterday, talking about the Seoljeong couple-" Yuna starts
"YAH!!!" Hyejeong yells, not knowing that they were talking about them
"Shut up Hyejeong! Go somewhere else and make-out with Seolhyun if you don't want to hear the story!" Choa teases
"Well it does sound nice..." Hyejeong says, actually thinking about it until Seolhyun slaps her arm
"Continue Yuna..." Jimin says, her patience running out
"We were talking about them and then Mina brought out our relationship and we confessed to each other and we hooked up." Yuna summarizes
"Wow, that was so simple, why didn't I think of that?" Hyejeong says smirking, earning another slap from Seolhyun
"Shut up Hyejeong!" Seolhyun says
"Yes ma'am..." Hyejeong says and slightly bows her head
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HYEJEONG JUST GOT SCOLDED BY SEOLHYUN!!!" Mina laughs, clutching her stomach
"Be quiet Mina! I suggest you listen to Yuna unless you wanna get dumped!" Hyejeong points out
Mina looks over at Yuna with fear, thinking about Yuna leaving her
"Don't worry Mina, I won't ever leave you, ok?" Yuna reassures, softly caressing Mina's face
"Ok..." Mina says and melts into Yunas embrace
Just then the teacher walks in and the day flies by in a flash and Hyejeong and Seolhyun are heading to Hyejeong's aunts and uncles house
When they arrived they were warmly welcomed and immediately began talking and asking questions for their project
"How long have you been together?" Hyejeong asks, ready to write down some notes
"Oh, we've been together since high school!" Hyejeong's aunt answers
"I remember those days, I asked her out on the roof of your high school actually. It was difficult, your aunt never opened up to people so, it was hard asking her out." Hyejeong's uncle recalls
"Then what?" Seolhyun asks, also writing down notes
"Well, I made him promise me that he will never leave me and that he can't break my heart." Hyejeong's aunt says
Seolhyun and Hyejeong look at each other at the same time, both with a socked expression because it was so similar to their relationship
"D-Did he keep his promise?" Seolhyun asks
"Of course! He always stuck with me and was there when I needed him! Even through college and, as you can see now, we got married!"
"What about your first date?" Hyejeong asks
"We were walking home from school one day, and we decided to grab some ice cream," Hyejeong's uncle says
"Do you remember the flavors?" Hyejeong asks, finding the situation very interesting
"Hmmm... Wasn't it strawberry and chocolate?" Her uncle answers
Immediately the Seoljeong couples jaw drops
"Why so surprised?" Hyejeong's aunt asks
"W-Well... You see, our relationship has been almost exactly the same so yours." Hyejeong explains
"What a coincidence! That's wonderful! Maybe your relationship will be just like ours! And that makes your project easier!" Hyejeong's uncle exclaims
"Yeah, hopefully," Seolhyun says, a little worried about her and Hyejeong's future
"Don't worry! As long as you and Hyejeong stay loyal and love each other, it should work out well!" Hyejeong's aunt reassures
"Well anymore questions?" Hyejeong's uncle asks
So they went on asking questions and talking until Seolhyun and Hyejeong it was time for them to head out
~~Walking Home~~
Seolhyun and Hyejeong were walking hand in hand, talking about their project, and eventually reaching Seolhyun's home
"Bye Hyejeong, I love you." Seolhyun says
She leans forward and places a long kiss on Hyejeong's lips. Both pull away and lean against each other's forehead for a sweet moment
"I love you baby." Hyejeong replies
They both part ways and Seolhyun head is full of thoughts and worries
Me and Hyejeong can last right? I mean, we both love each other a lot and I did make Hyejeong promise me that we would stay together! Maybe I'm just forcing her, and she really doesn't love me! ... NO! Stop Seolhyun! You can't doubt Hyejeong! Have some trust in her!
So Seolhyun decided to send Hyejeong a quick text
❤️Hyejeong Baby❤️: Are you sleeping?
Hyejeong just arrives home and she feels her phone vibrate, she checks it and her face lights up when she sees a text from Seolhyun
❤️Seolhyun Baby❤️: No, are you ok?
❤️Hyejeong Baby❤️: Yeah, I just wanted to tell you that I love you
❤️Seolhyun Baby❤️: Awwwww, is my baby already missing me?
❤️Hyejeong Baby❤️: Yeah...
❤️Seolhyun Baby❤️: I love you and miss you too! Go to bed now, it's getting late, goodnight babe 😘
❤️Hyejeong Baby❤️: Goodnight Dong Dongie! 😘
Seolhyun decides to go to sleep with reassurance from Hyejeong
