Chapter 8
Trust~~After school~~
Yuna and Mina have been suspicious about Seolhyun and Hyejeong's relationship
Yuna and Mina were walking home together talking about their project and the Seoljeong couple
"You think they're in a relationship?" Mina asks curiously
"I don't think so, every time I tried to get close to Seolhyun she just shut me out," Yuna says recalling multiple times when Seolhyun ran away from her
"She seems too cold to accept Hyejeong..." Mina says thinking
"They seemed pretty close during class though, they even went to the restroom together," Mina says
"She doesn't give her trust to anyone..." Mina adds
"But if she does like Hyejeong she would trust her easily, right?" Yuna points out
"She would!" Mina says snapping her fingers for effect
"Your a genius Yuna!" Mina says hugging the girl making her turn red
"Y-Yeah, thanks..." Yuna stutters awkwardly hugging the girl back
Mina realizes their awkward position and suddenly changes the subject
"Y-yeah! Enough to about the Seoljeong couple! What about..." Mina says and blushes thinking about her unfinished question
"What about?" Yuna asks curiously, motioning for Mina to finish her question
"What about... Us..." Mina says, turning her face even redder
Yuna freezes at the question, also turning red
"W-Well... Uhhhhh... Do you want to go out?" Yuna asks, praying that she would say yes
"D-Do you like me?" Mina asks, pointing to herself
"Do you like me?" Yuna asks, also pointing to herself
"Let's say it at the same time ok?" Yuna says
Mina nods
"Ok, 1... 2... 3..." Mina counts
"Yes!" They both say at the same time
They both turn even redder (if that was possible), and silence takes over as they both try to process what the other said
Yuna musters up all her courage and says,
"D-Do you want to go out?" Yuna asks again
Mina nods a little and Yuna immediately hugs the girl and gives a sigh of relief
"I thought I could never do that..." Yuna says
She grabs Mina's hand and starts walking to their houses, just enjoying each other's presence
When they reach Mina's house they both regret not walking slower
"Well... Goodbye my princess." Yuna says
"Princess?" Mina says laughing a little
"Yeah, I'm your loyal knight and your my princess now," Yuna says and chuckles a little
"Thanks," Mina says, she leans toward Yuna and gives her a quick kiss on the cheek
"Bye!" Mina says and goes into her house
Yuna slowly touches her cheek and walks toward her house with a huge a grin on her face
"The knight and her princess..." Yuna mutters finally arriving at her house
~~The other couple that afternoon~~
Seolhyun and Hyejeong were walking out of school and as soon they are out of sight from the other students Hyejeong hugs Seolhyun from behind
"What? Miss me already?" Seolhyun asks playfully, returning to her warm self around Hyejeong
"Yeah! Your too cold to me at school!" Hyejeong answers playfully
"Ok ok! Let go of me now babe," Seolhyun says and she grabs Hyejeongs hand and starts walking
"Can we go somewhere before we go home?" Hyejeong asks, her childish side showing
"Ok! Whatever you want Hyejeongie~!" Seolhyun says in a cute voice
"Then let's go!" Hyejeong says and starts running hand in hand with Seolhyun
They run till they reach a local ice cream shop
"What flavor do you want?" Hyejeong asks
"Strawberry always!" Seolhyun says
"Ok, 1 strawberry and 1 chocolate please," Hyejeong orders
After the two get their ice cream they go to the park and sit on a bench and finish up their ice cream
"Hey baby, I was wondering if it's ok with you if I tell my friends about our relationship," Hyejeong says, placing her hand on Seolhyun's thigh
"I don't know if I'm ready for that yet..." Seolhyun says
"You can trust them, I've known them since kindergarten," Hyejeong tries to reassure
"Words and actions are two different things Hyejeong, that's why I made you promise me your loyalty to me." Seolhyun explains
"Ok, let's wait for a little while and try to talk to them sometimes and see if they are good people, ok?" Hyejeong asks
"Ok, but what do I get in return?" Seolhyun asks with a smirk
"Ummmm... Uhhh..." Hyejeong is at a loss for words
"How about for one day you have to do everything I tell you too?" Seolhyun says still smirking
"S-Sure anything for you!" Hyejeong says, dirty thoughts instantly filling her mind
"Promise me?" Seolhyun says, holding out her pinky
"Ok," Hyejeong says, and wraps her pinky around Seolhyun's
Hyejeong suddenly grabs Seolhyun's hand and yanks her down and pulls her into a passionate kiss
After they pull away they cuddle closer until they decide it's time to go home
"Bye, I love you, and I'll see you at school tomorrow," Hyejeong says, slowly caressing Seolhyun's cheek
"Ok, bye," Seolhyun says, Hyejeong starts to walk away
"Wait! Hyejeong!" Seolhyun calls
Hyejeong turns around only to be met by Seolhyun's lips on hers and she immediately kisses back
"I love you too," Seolhyun whispers after they pull apart
"Ok now, bye!" Seolhyun says as she goes into her house
"Bye!" Hyejeong says feeling satisfied by that surprise kiss
Both Hyejeong and Yuna head home with a smile, ear to ear, on their faces
