Chapter 4
TrustThat next week the plan was put in action!
Chanmi was able to create a fake email posing as Hyejeong's mom and told them that she would like to request that Hyejeong and Seolhyun be partnered for all assignments. The teacher reveled that their school will be trying out a new plan called the "Partner Plan" so that will be perfect!
Part One Success!
Mina has been keeping Hyejeong away from knowing about the plan and even found out some new information...
Earlier that week
Mina and Hyejeong were walking to class and Mina brought up the topic of Seolhyun.
"How's Seolhyun?" Mina asks suddenly
"She's just as beautiful as ever, that angelic smile, that angelic voice...WAIT WHAT?!?! What am I thinking!?!? You didn't hear anything Kwon Mina!!!" Hyejeong bursts out, clearly embarrassed by what she said
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" Mina laughs, clutching her stomach
"DONG DONGIE IS IN LOVEEEEEE!!!" Mina yells down the hallway, causing people to stare
"KWON MINA!!!!" Hyejeong yells and charges toward Mina
Part Two Success!
On the other hand, Yuna wasn't having much success... All that week, Seolhyun has been avoiding her ever since she sensed that Yuna was trying to get close to her
Earlier that week
Hyejeong rushes past Seolhyun, chasing Mina down the hall
Seolhyun catches the scent of Hyejeong while she runs by and immediately falls in love with it
Shin Hyejeong... Why are you so perfect? Your scent is so intoxicating... Why am I falling so deep I love with you? I need to stop these feelings! You know this isn't right Seolhyun! Seolhyun mentally tells herself and walks away
"Hey Seolhyun!" Yuna says while running down the hall to catch up with Seolhyun
Once Seolhyun heard her name being called she turned her head around and saw Yuna
Seo Yuna?! Why do you keep doing this? Stop chasing me!
After Seolhyun saw Yuna, she started walking faster and eventually lost her
Part 3... Fail...
After that week, the 3 girls reported to eachother
"So Chanmi, how's your end going? I assume great success?" Mina questions
"It's going almost too well!" Chanmi reassures
"What about you Yuna?" Mina asks
"Well... Seolhyun's been avoiding me every time I see her..." Yuna says
"It's ok because we probably won't need it! I've confirmed Hyejeong's feelings for Seolhyun! Now all we have to do is wait..." Mina says evilly
"Oh! And Jimin and Choa, how's your relationship going?" Mina asks, smirking
The trio looks over at the pair who were whispering and kissing each other occasionally
"Yah! Stop staring!" Jimin yells, her face turning at least 10 different shades of red
"Wow, you guys actually listened to me and hooked up?!" Mina says and bursts out laughing
"S-Shut up!" Jimin yells at her embarrassed
Choa quickly pecks Jimin cheek and causes Jimin to calm down immediately
"YOUR SOOOOO CUTE!!!!" Mina, Chanmi, and Yuna yell at the couple
The next week
The teacher walks in and everyone quiets down and goes to their seats
"Alright everyone, today we will be introducing a new plan and all of you will be partners with someone else and you must do all everything together for the rest of of your senior year. Including assignments, sports, etc. This is a social test proposed by the state that our school has volunteered to do so please corporate. We have already informed your parents on this as well. We will assign partners today and the real assignment will start next week so, this week get to know your partners and get close to them. Any questions?" The teacher asks
Every one was so shocked by the announcement they didn't have time to process it, especially Seolhyun
W-W-What?!?! They're telling me I have to work with someone for the rest of the year! I just hope that they won't partner me up with someone I really hate... Hyejeong would be ok... Gosh Seolhyun! There's a 1 in 1000 chance you will be partnered up with her anyway...
"Any questions?" The teacher asks again
"What about going to the rest room? Do we have to go to the rest room together too?" A boy asks
"Yes, you will be partnered with someone of the same gender so no inappropriate actions will happen but, if they do it will not be tolerated" the teacher says
A collective sigh could be heard from the girls and a collective "Awwwwww" could be heard for the the boys
"Anymore questions?" The teacher asks
"Will our partner be in this class?" A girl asks
"Yes, they will be in all of your classes" the teacher answers
"Ok we will now begin assigning partners" the teacher says
One by one, the students go to the front of the class and are handed a piece of paper which has their partners name on them and they must call out their partners names and move their desks accordingly
"Kwon Mina" the teacher calls
Mina walks to the front of the class and is handed the piece of paper and to her surprise...
Seo Yuna
Mina instantly smiles and calls out the name excitedly
"Seo Yuna!" Mina says and runs towards her hugging her tightly
"Haha, we got lucky Mina!" Yuna says hugging the girl back
Hyejeong smiles as she watches the interaction of the two
Hopefully I'll be lucky too and be paired up with a certain goddess...
"Shin Jimin" the teacher calls
Jimin walks up to the front and calls out the name immediately
"Park Choa!" Jimin says and calmly (well not really) walks back to her seat with blush on her face
Choa's face lights up and she quickly hugs the girl and gives her a huge smile
"Kim Seolhyun" the teacher says
Seolhyun walks to the front of the room, all eyes on her (especially Hyejeongs), and takes the sheet of paper from the teacher
Shin Hyejeong
Seolhyun's face shows pure surprise and she starts sweating nervously
"S-Shin Hyejeong" Seolhyun stutters
