It was Christmas day. Jin was making waffle, with ice cream, coverered in strawberry sauce and chocolate, which was carefully sprinkled on. Jin always made this, I always loved it. 

"Should we go out, or stay in and watch a Christmas film?" Jin asked, while biting on his own waffles. To be honest, I wasn't bothered to go anywhere, after what happened anyway.

"Let's watch a movie, we barely stay inside these days anyway." Jin rolled his eyes, chuckling.

"Really? Well, if you want."

We were now on the couch, half way through the film, laughing filling the silence. It was just about to reach an intense scene, when we were going to find out who the thief was, when the phone rang. Jin sighed, pausing the movie, getting off the couch. He picked up the phone,

"Hello?" I saw Jin's face lift up, his mouth open.

"Jin, Who is it?" Jin turned his head,

"It's mum and dad." My face suddenly burned up, I ran to where Jin was, nearly tripping on my own feet.

"Mum, you're on speaker now. Say hi to Dalnim." Jin spoke, his face brightening.

"Finally, I can talk to my children." On the other end, I heard my mum starting to tear up.

"Mommy, don't cry. We're okay, Jin is taking good care of me. Where's dad?"

"Your dad's still at work, sorry honey. How have you-" The line suddenly went silent.
