Description
Choi Youngjae was at his English classroom, trying hard to stay awake and to act "normal". He had an idea about what they were doing in class, but it was easy to ignore when his eyelids felt heavy and sluggish. From a distance, Youngjae could hear his teacher rambling on about a special project, but frankly, he didn't really care about it. All he knew was that staying up late while playing RPG games with his best friend, Park Jinyoung, was not a great idea because he's sleepy and he can't focus on what's "important"...
"I want to revive the wonders of writing a card to someone! Nowadays, you can text a person or Skype them, but it's never the same thing as writing a genuine letter." His English teacher said passionately, the image so clear in his head. Youngjae's classmates stared at him weirdly as their teacher continued explaining, "So here's what you're gonna do. I'm gonna assign you someone completely random from the neighboring high school, and you're gonna send them a letter for the rest of the semester..."
Then he started talking about the details of the project, but Youngjae had completely blocked him out from his mind. At that moment, all he cared about was getting the sleep he missed from last night, so instead of paying attention as he should've been doing, he laid down his head on his desk and closed his eyes. It appeared that sleep was quickly finding its' way to Youngjae...

A/N: And I'm back with this fic...? ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
This is the first time I have more than two main characters & ships for that fact. Altho, it'll be focused mainly on MarkJae, it'll have its JinBam moments too & I've never written them before so look forward to that!
This is kinda like a stress reliever & at the same time an experiment...? Mainly because I wanted to see how much I've grown & it's been a while since I wrote in first person so in that sense it's an experiment. On the other hand, this doesn't really have a plot per se since its letters they send to each other. I'll try to update my other fics when I can but for now this (✿◠‿◠)
This is loosely based on a book I read once, The Year of Secret Assignments by Jaclyn Moriarty. Obviously, it won't be the same. I'll add its plot twists here and there (✿◠‿◠) So yeah, I hope it's worth the read?
