Mistaken Identity at the Mistaken Funeral

Hi,  I'm Taeyeon and this is my story how I accidentally trespassed in somebody's funeral.

I was at my studio with my best pal Seohyun, you know the usual thing hanging out. I was very busy playing LoL while Seohyun's watching a movie on her tab with her earphones on. It's the modern way of hanging out I know. When someone opened the door. I did not look at the door because my eyes were glued on the computer screen.

"Ayo guys!..."

It was Sunny. She said something but I couldn't really care. I was so focused on the game I was playing. The only thing I heard was the word "FUNERAL". Sunny went out after that. I lose in the game I was playing. Damn it. Since I was already distracted, I asked Seohyun what did Sunny said. She thinks for a while and answered.

"Baekhyun dead funeral," Seohyun said as she still watching the movie on her phone

"WHAAAAAAAAATTTT?!?" I shockingly said

She shrugged

OH MY GOSH, WHY...HOW???MY POOR BAEKYHUNNIE...

Baekhyun is my ex-boyfriend. He's been my boyfriend for two years but we broke up because I found out that I'm not the only one...yeah, you know the song. Hehe. He's a major jerk and all sometimes I wish he was dead because he's really a stupid dumb douche bag but hearing that he's already dead feels like a massive pang inside my heart. Gosh, I shouldn't wish for it!

I went to Sunny to ask where the funeral...is I was crying so hard. She looked at me weirdly.

"Taeyeon, I didn't know you two were close?" Sunny asked as she looked at me weirdly

"What do you mean we're close? We are super close!!! Gosh, my poor love" I said as I cried harder

"I didn't know that it was you two that were in a relationship I thought it was..." Sunny said as she smiled weirdly a bit, I cut her off.

"Where's...the...funeral?" I asked as I sobbed

"Uhm, the funeral is at St.Cathy, 4th floor, lobby A room 609," Sunny said

I cried harder as a response

She comforted me.

I dressed in black because I am lamenting and brought packs of tissues with me since I know I'll need it. I headed out of my house and went to St.Cathy's. I took the elevator and went up to the 4th floor. Walked towards the lobby A and went to room 609 as Sunny said.

I breathed heavily and opened the doorknob slowly. I noticed there were no pictures of Baek on the room. I went directly towards the closed coffin and cried so hard.

"You...Why did you die so early??? You said you'll never leave me" I said as I cried and hugged the coffin 

"I'm sorry for calling you a jerk all the time you stupid dumb douche bag... "

"Sorry for wishing you were dead... My poor love." I cried harder

I noticed that the people at the funeral were staring at me; gosh this is embarrassing but so what? I am mourning. This is a funeral,  people crying over their lost love ones is just purely normal. But why are they looking at me weirdly like Sunny? Is it weird to cry over your lost love? Why, how heartless people are!

A lady in white approached me. 

"Excuse me, who are you?" the lady politely asked me

"I am Kim Taeyeon, his girlfriend..." I said to the lady.

 Yeah, I know I'm an ex but gosh,  we just broke up two months ago!

The ladies in the front seats and the people at the funeral were extremely shocked and murmured to each other. Why, is there something wrong with what I said? Don't tell me Baekhyun is gay?!? My thoughts were interrupted when the lady speaks.

"Hello Miss Kim, I am Tiffany Hwang." the lady said as she smiled painfully. 

"She's my son's wife!" the old lady said

Whoa! She's the mother of Baekhyun? Why Baekhyun did never told a thing about me? And when the fu%#% Baekhyun had a wife?!? Gosh,  he's fu%#% stupid dumb douche bag. I so want to kill him at this moment but he's dead so I do want to bury him myself right now!!!

"B-But we just broke up 2 months ago..." I said

"We're married for 2 years," Tiffany said as she looked a bit mad but remained composed
