Location: EXO'S DORM   One week had passed.   The EXO dorm was as busy as ever, the 9 boys coming back from their schedule. It was 5 am in the morning and they were still pumped up because they had won yet another award. Everyone wanted to celebrate despite their tired bodies that were begging sleep. Suho was especially pumped. They were used to winning, of course, but since the three members left they had struggled for quite some time. Now they all felt like they were getting back on track. “Now, drink!” Baekhyun had also seemed brighter these days. When rumors of him and Taeyeon broke out he had crawled up like a little ball and had been pretty down at the harsh comments. Now the beagle faced idol was sitting on Chanyeols’ lap with a bottle of Red Label and shaking it around. The laughter of the beagle line resonated through the dorm and while everyone began talking, Kyungsoo was the only one who noticed the sullen Jongin who looked like he had something on his mind. Even more so, Jongin was checking his phone a little bit more often lately and that itself had served as suspicious. Jongin was sitting on the couch with his head laid back; his eyes closed. Even if Kyungsoo knew that he was tired there was something more to it. With concern he tapped Jongin on the thigh lightly, the younger boy cracking open an eye with wonder.   Kyungsoo passed Jongin a drink that was in a plastic cup. As pathetic as it sounded, they all were a thrifty group of idols. They could spend on food, clothes and so many more- Especially Chanyeol who was quite fond of toys. However, they never really bought utensils and ended up feeding each other instead of using individual plates, spoons and forks. “I don’t feel like drinking.” Jongin answered. He really had no idea what was wrong with him. He had his eyes on his phone for a long time but there was never a reply. He had even asked Ryeowook again if the number given to him was indeed her number and Ryeowook insisted that it was correct. After he told the Super Junior member that no one answered, Ryeowook called her and she answered, her voice sleepy. He told himself that he shouldn’t bother, who was she? They had never met.   “You sure you okay?” Kyungsoo asked again, the crushing of his eyebrows showing that he was genuinely concerned at Jongin’s change of attitude since the last week. “You haven’t looked well since you came from Sukira last week. Are you coming up with a cold? You didn’t go out of the dorm without your coat did you?” Kyungsoo laid a hand on Jongin’s forehead and felt his temperature but it seemed normal- the only thing not normal was Jongin’s constant frowning and pouting. To Jongin, this mystery girl had ruined his pride. However, it was unfair to s that he was acting this way so he sat up, forcing a smile. “I’m okay.” Jongin smiled at Kyungsoo, stretching on the couch when he heard Suho yell out to Sehun to put on the television. Sehun went into a small fit of whining since the youngest of all of them found it annoying that he had to stand up but after a few pushes from his hyung’s, Sehun made his way to the screen and switched it on. Jongin was determined to not think of that girl anymore, to him- she was to be like her group name. She was extinct. The more the thought that, the more he smiled at s that were yelling on top of their lungs and wrestling for the remote. Baekhyun and Chen were bickering on what channel to watch while Suho wanted to watch the news and was telling them to change the channel. No one listened to him, as usual. The dorm was in a mess. Jongin saw Yixing grab the remote, seizing the opportunity to change the channel to his liking. The sound of Entertainment news made all of them turn to the screen and watch intently as if the fighting and hitting never happened.   “SM has had some serious issues the past year. SM is one of the biggest entertainment companies in South Korea- the producing company of big groups such as Girls Generation, Exo and Super Junior that had topped all charts all over the world and penetrated music industries in other countries. But can we all believe what we see? Years back, SM was sued by former members of DBSK; Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, and Kim Junsu. Partial contract has been revealed. Another issue was of Hangeng, former Super Junior member. He sued SM quoting that the company has mistreated Chinese members, this has caused viral news to spread. Just when you think it ends there, hit group EXO had also lost a couple of members in less than a year. Wu Yifan, stage name Kris Wu, had filed a lawsuit against SM. he was then followed by a Chinese Member, Luhan. Most shocking news was when Jessica, member of the famous SNSD-"    The room became quiet at the sound of the broadcaster speaking into her mic and the face of Lee Soo Man was brought up on screen. Suho had his eyes glued to the screen and even Baekhyun was taking it seriously. “Why are they bringing up old events?” Suho muttered and Sehun nodded in agreement when he saw the expression Suho wore. The broadcaster kept talking and what she said made the rest of EXO uneasy.   “EXO had won yet another award and is still rising in the charts. However, a duo had been racing to the top as well- a newly debuted duo called Extinct. Extinct is consisted of two faceless members of the opposite gender and is under SM Entertainment.
