Description

The four great kingdoms under heaven are ruled by the noble dragon race. Xiumin is a young rare ice dragon and the second prince of the northern kingdom. In a joyous turn of events he becomes engaged to the Western Emperor, Wu Yifan, but with an ominous prophecy hanging over his head, foretelling the coming of a great war, will he be able to rule as empress while perparing for the greatest storm the four kingdoms has ever seen.
