When Girls Are Bored...

Phoenix Sisters

Hello!!! I'm back with more chapters...gosh my mind just keeps coming up with ideas..hehehe....and thank you for all the subscribing and comments. *hugs*

In case some of you didn't read my clarification on Sooyoung's relationship with Mrs. Rinkwa I'll tell it again: Mrs. Rinkwa was adopted by Sooyoung's grandparents. So basically, she's Sooyoung's aunt. AND Summer Choi = Sooyoung's birth mother. :}

*Hwang and JungMansion*

“NO!!!!” a scream can be heard throughout the mansion.  Mr. and Mrs. Jung, and Mr. and Mrs.Hwang all raised their head at the sudden voice, but all immediately continued their own activities except for Mrs. Hwang. The screams continued.

“YOU’RE CRAZY!!!” the same voice goes off again.

“Nothing new honey.” Mr. Hwang assured his wife as he continued to play goldfish with Hana. “You should be use to it now.”

“But-” Mrs. Hwang began but was cut off by her husband.

“No buts…they’re fine. They’re just doing what girls do when they’re bored.” Mr. Hwang then began to ponder exactly what do girls do when they’re bored. Suddenly…

“AHHHH!!!  I have to stop them before they do something stupid!!!” Mrs. Hwang looked at her husband in bewilderment as she sees her husband sprinting toward Tiffany’s room.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Jung saw him running and began to do a countdown.

“10, 9, 8,7,-” Mrs. Jung counted with a grin.

Mrs. Hwang was confused. She didn’t know how her in-laws could be so calm at a time like this. That scream was pretty loud. (A/N: is this what Tiffany’s mom refers to Mr. and Mrs. Jung as? IDK..:P)

“Why are you guys doing that?” Mrs. Hwang asked with an eyebrow raised, wanting to know the reason behind the countdown.

Mr. Jung and Mrs. Jung exchanged glances before explaining. Mr. Jung decided to give Mrs. Hwang the news.

“That was Jessica’s scream…” Mr. Jung spoke quietly forcing Mrs. Hwang to lean closer to hear the rest. “…and when she screams like that, it’s a bad thing.”

“What does it mean?” Mrs. Hwang was still confused. Mr. Jung saw the confusion on Mrs. Hwang’s face and let out a sigh. Mrs. Jung then took the iniative to simplify it for her dear friend, as Mr.Jung continued counting again.

“3,2,-” Mr. Jung was so excited to finish the countdown that he began jumping up on his seat. Anyone who saw him would think he was a weirdo.

Mrs. Jung sat next to Mrs. Hwang and explained the whole thing to her, and before Mrs. Hwang could do anything to help her husband, she heard someone running back down from the stairs.

“GET OUT!!!” A voice that clearly belonged to Jessica shrieked.

“1 !!! BLASTOFF!!!” Mr. Jung simultaneously screamed as he watched in amusement as Mr.Hwang dodged objects on his way back down to the living room.

“SICKO!!” Krystal’s voice quickly follows her sister’s command.

“DADDY!!! GET OUT NOW!!!” another voice roars. Mr. Hwang barely missed being hit with a bean bag and alarm clock as he heard his daughter’s scream.

By the time Mr.Hwang reached safety, Mr. and Mrs. Jung was already rolling around on the floor laughing. Mr. Hwang was trying to catch his breath as Mrs. Hwang patted him on his back with a sympathetic look.

“I was too late…I couldn’t save you.” Mrs. Hwang said with a small smile as she watched her panting husband, who was now giving a glare to Mr. and Mrs. Jung.

“WHAT IS SO FUNNY?” Mr. Hwang tried hard to stay in control of his anger at being laughed at but it wasn’t so easy since, well…it’s a Hwang thing.

“You *laugh* should have *laugh*…” Mr. Jung couldn’t finish his sentence so Mrs. Jung had to finish it for him.

“…seen *laugh* your *laugh*…” Mr. Hwang got even angrier because even Mrs. Jung couldn’t finish Mr.Jung’s sentence without laughing in the middle of the sentence.

“You should have seen your face.” Mr. Hwang took a glance at Mrs. Hwang and then gave her a pout. Mrs. Hwang immediately put her arms in front of her to assure her husband that she was on his side.

“I’m just telling you what they wanted to say but couldn’t.” Mrs. Hwang innocently explained as she pointed to Mr. and Mrs. Jung who seemed to have calm down because they were now wiping away their tears of laughter.

After 10 minutes, Mr. Jung finally asked what Mr. Hwang did that could’ve gotten their daughters so angry, other than the fact that he disturbed their “girl time.”

“Nothing.” Mr. Hwang said as he  intertwined his hands with his wife’s and began to play with it.

“Nothing at all?” Mrs. Jung asked back, quite unconvinced. She knows how Jessica, and Krystal can be when they have their “girl time”.  Similarly, Mrs. Hwang knew too but only knew that about Tiffany.

“I just realized that Tiffany acts the same as your daughters when something is bothering her.” Mrs. Hwang said as she looked at Mrs. Jung.

“It’s the ‘Jung Gene’…at least that’s what my husband told me.” Mrs. Jung replied with a shrug as she looked at her husband, who was still nagging Mr. Hwang to tell him why he got attacked by their daughters.

“Then I guess Tiffany inherited it from her mother, right?” Mrs. Hwang asked back with a sincere smile and a giggle. Mrs. Jung let out a small smile before she held Mrs. Hwang’s hand.

“She’s your daughter too. Don’t you forget that, arasso?” Mrs. Hwang smiled back to Mrs. Jung and lightly squeezed Mrs. Jung’s hand as a gesture of understanding.

“YAH!!! Tell me Jooyoung!!! Tell me, tell me, te-te tell me…” Mr. Hwang rolled his eyes and immediately went to sit next to his wife when Mr. Jung started to sing Wonder Girls. Mr. Jung followed and took his rightful seat next to his wife and continued nagging again.

“ALRIGHT!! I told them that –that isn’t the solution to their boredom.” Mr. Hwang mumbled as he looked at the floor. Everything was silent the moment Mr. Hwang  spoke and then…

“HAHAHAHAHA…” Mr. Hwang looked to his own wife…laughing…at him. He was shocked but then joined his wife too. Before he knew it, all of them were laughing.

After a few minutes of laughter, Mr. Jung finally spoke up.

“At least you learned your lesson.” Mr. Jung said with a smile.

“Next time, you’re the one who needs to stay calm.” Mrs. Hwang joined in with a small smile as she held her husbands arm.

“Agree…but tell us, what did you hear that caused you to say such stupid advice to our daughters?” Mrs. Jung was filled with curiousity. She wants to know what could have caused such havoc.

Mr. Hwang rubbed the back of neck and smiled sheepishly before confessing.

“I…um…well..overheard them talking about…having a triple date.” Mrs. Jung looked at him with a dumbfounded expression. “That’s it?”

“You gave them advice…after only hearing the word “date”?” Mr. Jung asked with disbelief. Mr. Hwang nodded his head and looked at his brother-in-law.

“In that case, I’m going to make sure I lock every door in this house and increase the guards so none of them can go on any dates.” Mr. Jung said with a serious face.

“Why?” Mrs. Hwang asked, amused by the fact that Mr. Jung won’t let his daughters date when they are already old enough.

“Cause he said so. Honey, Tiffany is not going on any date as long as I’m here too.” Mr. Hwang said with confidence as he stood up and did a soldier salute.  Mrs. Hwang slightly smacked her forehead, quite embarrassed by her husband’s actions.

“Me too! I will not let my daughter go out with anyone!” Mr. Jung also got up and did a soldier salute.

Mrs. Jung and Mrs. Hwang got enough of their husband’s nonsense and grabbed their ears to knock some sense into their heads.

“Tiffany is a big girl and can take care of herself. Understood?” Mrs. Hwang warned Mr. Hwang as she gave him a scary stare. Mr. Hwang vigorously nodded his head. “Good. Now lets go sleep. I’m tired.” Mrs. Hwang then dragged Mr. Hwang to their bedroom.

Now it was just Mr. and Mrs. Jung left in the room, both thinking that Hana must have went to sleep too.

“Ow!!! Honey!!! It hurts!! Let me go!!” Mr. Jung pleaded with his wife but was not successful.

“Will you continue to treat Jessica and Krystal like little kids?” Mrs. Jung countered back. Mr. Jung was in so much pain that he just gave in, although it was by force.

“fine.” He quietly muttered.

“What?!”

“OKAY!!! Now let me go.” Mrs. Jung let go of Mr. Jung and smiled to herself victoriously.

“Now lets go sleep.” Before Mr. Jung could say anything, Mrs. Jung was already dragging him to their bedroom but as they reached halfway, Hana blocked their way.

“AHHHHHH!!!” Both Mr. and Mrs. Jung screamed, at the sight of a grinning Hana in her pajamas with her hair down. There were only a few lights so Hana looked pretty scary.

“HANA! You almost gave your uncle and I a heartattack!” Mrs. Hwang said as she  rubbed her chest.

ALMOST???!!!” Mr. Jung looked at his wife incredously. He was rubbing his chest as well.

“Hi Auntie and Uncle.” Hana greeted with a bow. Mr. Jung looked at her, quite worried.

“Hana’s kind of creepy huh?” Mr. Jung whispered back to his wife, which earned an elbow into his stomach by his wife.

“Shut up. Be nice.” Mrs. Jung whispered back. “Hana, why are you still up?” Mrs. Jung asked, ignoring her husband’s groans.

“Oh, well I just wanted to tell Uncle that he doesn’t need to worry about Tiff, Jessie, and Krys.” Hana said with a reassuring smile, which didn’t assure Mr. Jung at all.

“And why’s that?” Mr. Jung spat back as he lowered himself to Hana’s height.

Hana cupped Mr. Jung’s face with both her hands, smiled, and then spoke.

“Just trust me. You’re such a worry-wart Uncle Jung.” And with those words, Hana kissed Mr. Jung and Mrs.Jung on the cheeks and ran off to bed.

“Me? A worry-wart? Psh…her dad is worse than I am!” Mr. Jung said aloud as his wife led him to their bedroom. Mrs. Jung just shook her head and kept silent, as she listened to her husband’s rant for the rest of the night. “Its going to be a long night.”
