“hi.. Kris.. it’s me Luhan..”

“what happen Lu?”

“i’m sorry i’ll be late.. Kevin is suddenly sick.. i need to take him to the hospital since AJ hasn’t come home yet.. is that okay?”

“oh yeah.. of course Lu.. just make sure Kevin is okay first, then you can come here..”

“okay.. thank you so much, Kris..”

“don’t mention it, Lu..”

Luhan POV

when i woke up this morning, i heard a whining from Kevin’s room. when i knocked the door, no one answered. unfortunately the door was unlocked. i directly came into the bedroom.

how surprised i was when i found Kevin laid on the floor while hugging his stomach. i directly ran to him.

“KEVIN!!!”

“Lu…” he said weakly

“Kevin.. what’s wrong?!” i helped him to sit up

“my stomach… it hurts..” he said

i directly called a taxi and then brought Kevin to the nearest hospital. while on the way to the hospital, i called Kris. thank God, he permitted me to come late because i have to take care Kevin first.

Kevin was directly examined by the doctor. he then get moved to the room after the doctor examined him. the doctor said that Kevin got food poisoned.

the doctor already took out the venom and Kevin will be alright. he just need to take a rest for while in hospital before went home. i waited beside Kevin while waiting AJ to come

AJ was much panicked when he came into the room. he calmed down after i explained to him. AJ then sat beside Kevin, holding his hand while praying for Kevin to be alright. after two hours, Kevin finally woke up. he smiled at us, at me and AJ.

“i’m sorry i’m bothering you…” Kevin said weakly

“ayy.. what are you saying, Kev?! it’s okay.. as long as you fine, no one is being bothered..” i smiled at him

“i’m sorry for not be able beside you, babe.. i should’ve always stay beside you…” AJ cried

“it’s okay, babe..

"Lu.." Kevin turned at me

"Don't you have to go to work?" 

"It's okay.. I already asked permission to my boss.. It's your condition now which is more important.." I said 

"No.. You don't have to, Lu.  Just go to work.. Don't make your boss mad.. " Kevin chuckled weakly 

"But-"

"It's okay. AJ is already here Lu.." 

"Yeah Lu.. Thank you for taking care Kevin.. I think it's my turn now to take care of him.." AJ smiled at me 

"Uhm.. Okay.. But promise me that you will call me if anything happen to Kevin, J!"

"Yes sir!" AJ joked making me and Kevin chuckled

I rushed to the office. I texted Kris that I was on my way to office. But he didnt reply my text.

I dropped by to Kevin's workplace to tell his boss thatKevin is sick and AJ is taking care of him so they couldn't attend that day. I also bought three cups of coffee for miss Lee , Kris and me. 

"Morning miss Lee.. I'm sorry I'm late.. My cousin is sick.. Here's coffee for you.."

"O-oh Luhan.. Well thanks.. But Kri-" 

"Kris is waiting for me? Yeah I know.." I cut her 

"N-no.. It's-" 

"I'm going in.. Bye now miss Lee.. See you.." I cut her before she finished

 I didn't knew why Miss Lee looked so panic when I came. Didn't Kris tell her that I'm late? Talking about Kris, I also wondered why he didn't reply my message. 

I shrugged it off as I walked to the room, happily. I smiled while I looked at two cups of coffee in NY hands. I couldn't knock with hand full of cups, thus I decided to just pushed the door by my shoulder 

Oh how I wish I could knocked it first when I saw what happened inside the room.

Now I knew why Kris didn't reply my message. He was busy kissing with a woman 

Yes, when I came into the room I saw a woman clinged onto Kris and then pushed himself to kiss Kris. I saw Kris just stood still. I dropped my jaw as I also dropped the cups on my hands. 

The cups dropped's sound made Kris and the woman directly broke the kiss. I widened my eyes. As wide as Kris who now looked at me. 

"L-luhan.."

"I-i'm sorry.. I-i should knocked first.." 

"Luhan!!" Kris called me 

But I ran away. I walked fast.. Very fast. I didn't stop even Kris called my name and Miss Lee also called me. I didn't stop walking fast. 

I walked to the bathroom. I locked the door right after I entered the bathroom and leaned on it.

I felt my heart beating so fast. And I felt something painful in my heart. yet i didn't know what made this heart in pain. 

I tried to breathe slowly and normally to calm my heartbeat. But the image of Kris kissing that woman came up again. I closed my eyes tightly and shook my head, wanting to erase that scene

Wait! Stupid Luhan! Why should I run away! It's not like it was my business! It was Kris' right to kiss anyone! Then why I felt like this...

"Miss Lee!! Why did you let Luhan came in?!" I snarled at Miss Lee

"I-i'm sorry Mr. Wu.. B-but i-i already tried-"

"Just take car that drunken woman and take her out of my office!!" I said as I left to find Luhan 

I asked some employees and they said they saw Luhan walked to the roof
